I'd complain that this location is chronically understaffed. However, given their seemingly-deliberate strategy of hiring the most unhelpful people to ever curse this world with their presence, I don't think adding more of them would make it better. So pervasive is their ineptitude, that even self-checkout has been made difficult. Frequently, machines are out-of-order, but creation of signage is a forbidden technology in this place. God forbid you are forced to interact with someone to refill a propane tank or return something. It would be faster to build a rig and drill for your own fuel, or simply throw the item away and earn the money to replace it. I will say two positive things about this place: 1. It's better than the Ladera Heights location, which is a place so terrible that going there has eliminated all my fears, as no fate could possibly be worse. 2. It's nice that they provide incomes for people with invisible disabilities, who only need to be able to stand around and wander aimlessly to find gainful employment here. Otherwise, it's a fairly typical Home Depot. It's disorganized and frequently out-of-stock on whatever you need, but that's what you sign up for when you drive into a parking lot adorned by that lovely orange signage. Every board in the place is warped beyond recognition, a cruel reflection of the twisting of your own soul as you spend time here. 2/5, I shop here because I hate myself.

This Home Depot has a good selection of products and the staff is generally helpful when you can find them. I did notice that it can get pretty crowded, especially on weekends, which sometimes makes it hard to navigate through the aisles. Overall, it's a decent place for home improvement needs.

I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful, and checkout is always fast and efficient. The store is well organized, making it easy to find everything I need every time I come in. I really appreciate the consistent service and reliability.
