They have to be the worse company on the planet. Went to place an order at the store , paid, they were supposed to deliver today . Well they lost my order, the product was never delivered, not we don’t know where the product is, and now I have to go find the product tomorrow, not build tomorrow as I planned and they didn’t even call to say hey we don’t know what we are doing. Go anywhere but this place or any Home Depot, Lowe’s is better but at this rate anyone will be greater than them. Well, this is my first negative review after over 60 reviews so I hope you can see how frustrating this is. I hope I didn’t just lose the $$$ too. We need an opinion to add negativity ⭐️ this business will get million in a day.

Awesome selection of home improvement items and always friendly staff ready to help! I love how organized the store is, making it easy to find what I need. Definitely my go-to place for all my DIY projects!

If you can shop somewhere else, I’d advise you do. They do not care if you spend $150 or $150,00. I did an order for same-day delivery because I had a crew working on one of our rental units. Huge mistake! The supplies were supposed to be delivered that day instead, we had DoorDash deliver takeout from Chili’s at 6:30pm. That was on a Friday. I tried calling the store before they closed and after being on hold twice for over 7 to 10 minutes, I was promptly hung up on. It’s been four days of calling the store, but no one answers, emailing the manager, no response, calling the main customer service line which is in India and they can only do so much. The Home Depot promises a resolution or call within 24 hours that never happened by anyone. I had to be proactive it’s now Monday. I still don’t have the items, but they promised to deliver them again between 6 AM and 8 PM today. No joke. If I knew they use DoorDash I would’ve sent DoorDash over to get the items and deliver them. It would’ve been a lot easier. This is what happens when big business takes over everything- they pay terrible their employees have no desire to do more for them and most work two jobs. I will do my best to never shop here again.

I just bought 2 plastic Adirondack chairs, and I Hate them ! I love Home Depot, but the new style chairs with cup holders are cheaply made and no reclining to speak of. Keep your cup holders and bring back the old great styles !!! 😂

We went in looking for lent remover roller so we wouldn't have to walk through Target. We found it up in the corner near the laundry detergent. We also picked up a tide pen. The woman helping at the self check was courteous and helpful.
