Big box home supply store. Decent prices. Huge selection. I can actually find someone to help.me at this location which I have found is an exception to the rule in the large hardware & home big box stores. Still maintain several "human" service checkouts which is a real plus.

Purchase a refrigerator using my military discount,upon delivery they told me that it would not fit through the entrance door. I would jave to get a smaller one and a refund. AFTER further investigation and remembrance, they would need to remove the doors of the Frig. to get it into the house. Went to Home Depot and they stated they do not remove the refrigerator doors due to not being able to put them back on properly. Ended up going to EC and had no problem. So keep in mind when purchasing appliances.

I've found my favorite Home Depot!! I'm not one who likes to shop, at ALL, so I was dreading going there, especially just for only a few items. I found a different location in the next city and was SO pleasantly surprised at how nice the service and atmosphere was! Man it was like all the employees where so chill and happy to be working there. It was just different from any other Home Depot I've been to. From now on, I'm going to that Virginia Beach Boulevard store when I need something.

Nicest retail experience I've had. Joey was very helpful. I started feeling weak and he gave a me place to sit down. Another worker offered me a bottle of water as I rested. Thank you very much guys
