A huge thank you to Jacob in the rental department. I was in need of a truck to pick up a couch and he made the process quick and easy. He was very helpful in explaining the process and fees. His customer service went above and beyond and made it a great experience! Thank you

Super sad to arrive at this location today to see they have gotten rid of their contractor parking area. Other Home Depots in the valley have done this already but I always loved that this Home Depot by my house had not. I suppose it's all the losers that abused this area that brought about the change. Sadly, I and other contractors, will be going to Lowe's locations instead now. I highly encourage the management to change it back. Very, very disappointing.

Reserved a truck for $150. Their system was down so I couldn’t get it. Also because their system was down I couldn’t get a refund. Nor could they process a manual walk-in truck rental for what would have been an additional $150. It’s 2026. I was told the deposit would be refunded since the reservation wasnt honored. If it goes through I’ll charge it back, don’t expect me to rely on Home Depot’s systems

The staff at this location is fantastic. Everyone is helpful and willing to jump in. The only reason for a less star is I’m really quite frustrated by the bike and pedestrian situation. We live nearby so bike trips are frequent (literally faster than a car) There’s no place to lock up since it’s occupied by a dozen flat bed carts. Also, your only choice is to walk or bike in the street since random inventory and carts are taking up the pathways. Not a great situation if you have little kids or a stroller. For most, this isn’t an issue, but for me it’s really annoying. Otherwise, I love this store.

Monique and Jenni did a great job helping me and were very patient. They are the reason why I continue to choose HD whenever I have to make large purchases.
