Well I have been into a number of home depots over the past few months. I usually know what I need and can find it quickly and get out of there. But visited this store twice in the past two weeks and there ris literally nobody in there to help or ask questions. And when you find someone the answers are short with no other options presented. Today I went in to buy tile for bathroom remodel and wanted to get large format 24*48 each box is labeled need assistance 50+lbs. I can lift it but figured I'd ask for help. So I wait at the customer service area for 10min ask them to page someone for me and they never come. Finally I loaded my stuff not a big deal I am able bodied and can do it. I walk myself to the checkout and the young man there says you find everything okay. Yep but it would be nice to get some help when you ask for it. And all this kid says is "yea they are slow". No offering to help me I load it into my vehicle. Home depot get your stuff together and deliver the customer service you used to. Lowes is looking better and better each time I visit.

Great help, at last minute. I needed a screw that a project was missing. Ran to HD, goto the aisle, sized my screw, but couldn't find the screw on their shelf. I found 2 guys that were quick to find me my screw and the project was saved! All at 950pm. Hooray!

To whom it may concern from Home Depot Corporate: I am a salesman by trade, and I wanted to let you know that Luke and Rob in the Appliance Department are incredible employees and that you should seriously consider giving them a raise, extra paid time off, a bonus to their 401ks, and also have them teach customer service classes to Home Depot Employees. They are wonderful human beings who helped me pick the perfect appliances for our home from start to finish. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and Luke even tracked down better model numbers than what I had originally looked for and ensured that I would have them in just a few days. Luke and Rob are like Batman and Robin. It was Incredible service in a day and age when customer service seems dead everywhere. I sincerely hope to work with them again for any future needs and I would advise anyone who is unsure of what place to do business with for appliances to use this Home Depot Location and ask for either gentleman. They are an example to behold. Respectfully, Doc

I'm always surprised at the amount of additional things at home Depot carries. Like a wide selection of bigger than life Halloween lawn characters. At times it could be hard to find a knowledgeable employee to help you look for a specific item, but you just need to be patient and wait until one is available. Plus, rarely do they not have what I'm looking for.

I've been to several home depots in this area and the staff here is very friendly. some of the ailes could use some clean up every once and a while but overall they have good sales and the woodworking guys are always very knowledgeable and helpful. thanks for a great shopping experience
