Apparently*Jeff* down at the lumber exit doesn't care if Home Depot makes a sale or not. His attitude made me leave my lumber purchase and go to Lowe's for my needs. Sad, all he had to do is look up a price on lumber and be decent to the customer. After working in this store as a customer service representative I feel saddened by this guy's attitude. Only one that wins with him is Lowe's! Get some good help Home Depot, this isn't good for you or the customer!

I needed help getting new appliances for our new kitchen. Tim Cronin was excellent! He was very patient with my questions and helped put together a quote for everything we needed. Very happy with his expertise and assistance. Thank You!

If I buy any product from Home Depot online. And they ship it to me from a store in West Phoenix. But I live in Apache Junction. Explain to me like I am an autistic 5-year-old child. Why it matters what Home Depot I take it back to As Long As I take it back to a home depot!? The holiday season is upon us. I hesitate buying anything from Home Depot because of the experience of someone I gave a ride to return a product to their store. Good luck getting me to come inside your business to buy anything. People take money very seriously, don't play games with people and their money! If I come to your business to have a business transaction don't start coming up with excuses and political answers to my questions! You were in business to do business! I don't need a 10,000 page essay as to why you cannot accomplish the business you're supposed to be able to handle!

Great customer service👍This location definitely has the staff to accommodate the customer requests on the sales floor. Many Home Depot locations I've been into are very limited in their staff and it makes it difficult when you're trying to find something very not here! They're great!
