Geo and Desiree at Home Depot went above and beyond with their customer service. They were both incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get everything I needed for my shed roofing project. They took the time to answer questions, explain materials, and made sure I had the right products instead of just trying to sell me anything. It’s rare to find employees who put this much effort into helping customers. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. I had a great experience with Victor and Isabel at the Anaheim Home Depot. They were both extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I was trying to find the correct parts to connect metal conduit to PVC for my project, and they took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find the right solution. We can usually find what we need at this store. We have been using it for years. I prefer it over any local store. Most of the staff are OK.

When we paid in the plant area. The guy tell us is not accepting home depot card because the card reader is not accepting the home depot cards. We tried with two different home depot cards. Home depot can do better with the paying service. Is not the first time.
