Went in today around 7 and as soon as I enter was greeted by 4 employees in the front. They quickly asked me if I needed any help and was told where they had the goo be gone. As I was browsing the citrus section Saul asked me if I needed any help. He took me to see the avocados and mangos. He also helped me answer some questions about getting certain products. I have been to almost every home depot in socal and this one right here is 100% the best.

Stopped by Home Depot during a pretty rough moment with a lot on my mind. From the second I walked in I was greeted with genuine smiles and friendly hellos which honestly helped more than they probably realized. One of the associates Ton asked what I was looking for. I needed a water heater strap. Normally I walk the aisles and only track someone down if I can’t find it. This time Ton walked me straight to it and grabbed exactly what I needed. She then asked if there was anything else I might need while I was there and that’s when it clicked that I also needed smoke detectors. I’m a local realtor so I’m in and out of Home Depot all the time for things like this. What was supposed to be a quick $20 stop turned into over $200 once I added two packs of smoke detectors.🤦‍♂️😃 No complaints at all. The service the smiles and the help made it an easy experience. Ton was great and that level of customer service still matters. 😊

I came to Home Depot today to buy a few things and was bombarded by 3 salesmen asking me if I had solar at my house, how old my AC and if I wanted to enter some weird contest (I think) for a $2000 gift card. WTH is happening at this store? I just want to buy what I want and ask questions to your great workers if I need assistance, not be bombarded with people trying to sell me something I do not want. Like walking ADs.

Customer service is terrible at this store! Curbside orders take 20-45 minutes to fulfill. They might as well get rid of this option for customers. There's an old man there who's always rude and has curbside customers come inside to get their stuff. He actually walks outside, without their orders, and asks them to come inside and get it. Absurd!

Always knowledgeable and have everything we need for our home projects. Super quick with the self-checkout too.
