I made a special order on a security gate on the 13th of April. I was told it would be done by May 16th and would be delivered to my house. I called several times asking about the status of my order and they just keep saying they are still working on it. I finally got a delivery date on May the 27th saying it will be delivered anytime from 6am to 8pm. I stayed home waiting all day and wasted my time for the delivery and it never got delivered. Called and spoke to someone at 8pm and they told me they just got a call from the delivery department saying they are going to have to reschedule. I never got a call or notification about the rescheduling of the delivery. Got rescheduled to the 28th last minute after 8pm. Then got rescheduled to the 29th. Got a text on the 29th at 7:49 saying that it was delivered. I checked my ring camera and nothing was delivered to my house. I called home depot and they said it was delivered and signed for already. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and didn't even get to speak to a manager. The delivery guy finally showed up at my house by 8:30. He spoke no English so I wasn't even able to communicate with him. Extremely bad communication, saying the item was already delivered and signed for when it really wasn't. I will never order anything from this store and have it be delivered anymore. 😤😡

Manager Michelle is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not recommend home depot staff to call her for assistance. She is rude for no reason and it is very hard for Michelle to understand the issue. Not just myself trying to explain the issue, but also another employee tried to explain the issue better. MICHELLE told the employee "right, i know what im doing" The issue DOD NOT GET RESOLVED Michelle made it worse. . Nothing was explained by manager Michelle, Good thing i was on the phone with customer service the people on the phone heard the whole interaction.

Best home improvement store, the associates at the service desk are always helpful and friendly. It's nice to be greeted with a smile. I've never had a bad experience here. Plus their garden selection and veriety of plants is the best.

This Hone Depot should get nothing but a 5 star!! The personnel is always curious, polite & professional!! I especially want to give a shout out to Russ who works in the kitchen appliance department. Russ was patient, professional, understanding, & problem solved my situation regarding my washing machine. Thank you Russ!! You are an example of how all employees should be!! 👍🏻

I was looking for a plant pot & they have lots of choices as they have a nice garden center & there’s also tropical plants area inside the store.
