Don’t ever purchase portable AC from this store. They don’t allow returns over 7 days. Cashier didn’t tell us when we purchased. My daughter works night shifts. We was able to come on her off day. Guy @ return had the nerves to say they don’t have to tell you about return policy it’s not their jobs. Everyone looks so unhappy working there. Maybe that’s why they don’t get much business. And how you can’t return open product that’s not damaged.

Visited the paint department i received wonderful experience and purchased $$ lots of exterior paint. Very pleased with help i received in paint pallet and my color choices. Still in process on painting

I go to Home Depot at least 2 to 3 times a day in Fresno weather side and other Home Depot’s since I’m a gentle contractor. Everyone is usually helping, this Home Depot no one ever helps out. I bought a chest freezer and no one helped me put in a cart and then after I paid for it no one helped me put it in my truck. I had to do it all by myself. Any other Home Depot someone would have helped me.

They need to make improvements in the concrete,gravel, and material area. Most stores I shop at are not this unorganized. All material bags were damaged and just laying around in aisle or on broken pallets.

I love going into Home Depot! It’s not too big & not too small of a hardware store. It is just right for all my shopping needs!! The customer service is awesome as well!! They never hesitate to make me feel like a VIP!! I especially want to give a shout out to; Hayden, David, Noe & Ray for helping me so very kindly on a task I could not do myself!! Thank you so very much!! You guys are an example of how all employees should be & I so very much appreciate it!!! I would like to add how very helpful Nicole Rivera was for me as well! What excellent representation for Home Depot! Thank you Nichole!!
