Grem was extremely helpful. He helped me select the perfect wood for my drum riser/damper. He also cut it to perfection. Really helpful guy, and I couldn't have done it without his help. Thank you very much, brother!

Posting for my Girl Scout: Home Depot is amazing! It had all the stuff we needed for my Girl Scout Bronze Award project, and the staff was really kind. We wanted to make shelter for Wildlife Learning Center, and we came to them. I recommend it, for our project turned out great with their help and donation!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased 65 boxes of flooring online on May 4th. Early the next morning, May 5th, while the order was still processing, I called customer service to revise the flooring color to another option within the same product line. The representative told me it was not too late to make the change and that they would simply charge the price difference to the card used for the original purchase. After not receiving any change order confirmation, I called again the following day. That representative confirmed she saw the notes regarding the requested change and advised it would take 24–48 hours to process. Then this morning, May 8th, I received a delayed delivery notice. Since I still had not received any confirmation of the revised order, I called customer service again. That representative also confirmed she could see the full chain of events and notes on the account before transferring me to another department where I spoke with “Mike” apparently just Mike, like Prince or Cher. After explaining the entire situation and simply trying to understand why the order was delayed, Mike told me that no previous representative would have ever told me the order could be revised and that what I was saying was “impossible.” According to Mike, I was supposed to cancel the order entirely and place a new one. I have no issue canceling and reordering if that’s the correct process. What I do have an issue with is being told by multiple representatives over several days that the change could be processed without canceling the order. Mike repeatedly spoke over me during the conversation and essentially called me a liar by claiming that none of what I described could have happened. Home Depot records these calls. Mike, I encourage you to go back and listen to them. Home Depot, you seriously need to work on your customer service. And Mike might be better suited for the stock room than customer support.

I wish I could give this Home Depot a higher rating! In a nutshell, I’m working on my Eagle project for a nearby charity and needed to pick up some lumber and other materials. First off, their selection of wood was incredible; I found everything I was looking for. When it came to choosing a wood stain, I couldn't quite figure out the color from the picture. Thankfully, the staff in the paint section were super helpful. They opened a can of stain and tested it on some scrap wood for me. If I hadn’t seen it on the actual wood, I would’ve definitely picked the wrong shade, so I'm extremely grateful for their assistance. Additionally, I didn’t want to carry around all the lumber I had gathered, and one of the employees kindly offered to watch it for me to ensure it wouldn’t be put back. Lastly, I want to give a huge shoutout to Alan, Luigi, and Luis. As I was checking out, I mentioned the charity work I was doing, and they banded together to get me a solid discount on my already well-priced materials. This will really help me allocate more funds to the charity itself. The staff was incredibly nice and took their time to guide me, especially since I’m not very experienced in construction. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this store and its wonderful employees!

Excellent service, especially in the garden area. they explain everything, and make sure that the plants you are choosing will work for you. But, they also explain, if they don't? You can bring them back for exchange, or a refund. I don't think it get better than that! Love this location, and their team!
