I frequently visit this Home Depot location near LAX for various household supplies, including gardening, home repairs, and cleaning products. I have even purchased an appliance from this store. The customer service consistently exceeds my expectations, and the store is always well-maintained. While it can sometimes be challenging to find an employee on the sales floor, depending on the time of day, I have always had positive experiences here. The parking lot is tidy and well-organized, contributing to a pleasant visit. The garden section features a wide variety of items, and the availability of self-checkout helps expedite transactions, especially during busy hours. I also appreciate that the store remains open until 10 PM, providing convenience for after-work shopping. The lighting in the parking area enhances safety, which is particularly important for female shoppers. Returning products is a streamlined process, with staff always available at customer service to assist promptly. Additionally, I have rented tools from this location, and the process was straightforward with the required ID and deposit. I highly recommend this Home Depot for its excellent service and comprehensive inventory to meet your household needs.

Store was nice and clean. The employees were extremely friendly and very helpful. Each one I spoke to was able to help either by moving a safety gate for me, finding a battery carrying case, telling me the price of an item, asking if I needed a cart. Or guiding me to the right direction. Helping me check out in the self pay area when my hands were full. GREAT Customer Service.

It's 9:40 pm, they're already closed. I told them to give me a chance to buy something, they laughed at me. They don't respect the closing time because it says 10pm

Didn't have the bricks I needed in stock. I went ahead and got different ones. There was a manager who was a sweetheart, GREAT ATTITUDE ✅️💖lightskin with cornrows in her hair. Today is Dec 8th, I went a couple days ago. Cashier was less delightful 🥴 you can tell she didn't wanna be at work ( understandable) Was told I would get assistance putting bricks in my truck, however after 12min..I did it myself. Glad I didn't brake a nail .

Super friendly employees and a well stocked and clean store. The Home Depot I normally visit didn’t have an item in stock. I ordered it online and picked it up the same day at this location. Free parking lot out front. Lots of seasonal decorations available.
