I had an outstanding experience at the Home Depot in Huntington Park, and I want to specifically recognize Pam at the customer service counter. I needed help locating and printing a large number of receipts, and Pam dedicated well over two hours to assist me. The delay was entirely due to the system, not anything on her end, yet she remained patient, professional, and focused the entire time. What truly impressed me was her ability to multitask. Even while handling my request, she stayed very mindful of the growing line behind me and made sure other customers were acknowledged and assisted appropriately. On top of that, multiple coworkers came to her with questions, and she handled every situation with confidence and ease, showing just how knowledgeable and dependable she is. As a customer service manager with over 22 years of experience in this field, I can confidently say Pam absolutely crushed every aspect of her job—patience, professionalism, efficiency, and leadership. Employees like her set the standard for what great customer service should look like. Home Depot is very lucky to have her.

The store is well stocked, making it easy to find most tools, materials, and supplies in one trip. Staff is generally helpful when you need assistance, and checkout is usually quick. Prices are competitive, especially for everyday items. It can get busy at peak hours and finding help sometimes takes a little patience, but overall it’s a convenient and dependable place to get projects done.

This home Depot is so very helpful. I wanted to buy a combo Makita drill with a free tool that was being offered and I went there on the last day. They didn't have it in stock but the customer service people there. Jennifer and Christina were so very helpful. They were able to contact the slauson home Depot and called over. Made sure that they had it in stock. Asked them to hold it for me and when I arrived it was there waiting. This location has excellent customer service and so very helpful. I appreciate them so very much. Save me so much time

I've visited this Home Depot location three times recently, and each time I've had a negative experience with an employee named Stephanie. Her behavior has consistently been rude, not just to me but to other customers as well. I've witnessed her throwing items onto the counters, seemingly out of anger rather than necessity. It's disheartening to see such a lack of compassion and professionalism. If someone is unhappy in their role, it would be better to seek employment elsewhere rather than negatively impacting the customer experience.

It's a trustworthy company that has given me plenty of time in years. Can't think of any small hardware stores that matches their tenacity and goods. No really, are there such things as small hardware stores owned by mom and pops. Maybe ....just maybe..
