If you want to smile and get great positive vibes, then come to this HD GARDEN center. Deniz and Tim are just Angels! They make you want to come in everyday even if you do not require any garden items. As soon as you enter Deniz greets you very warmly and not fake! Tim is also very warm and professional expert. He knows his plants. Both of these wonderful people deserve a raise and should be a model for ALL employees in ANY job

This Home Depot is always my go-to for DIY projects! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, plus they have a fantastic selection of tools and materials. I love how organized the store is, making it easy to find exactly what I need.

I had a really frustrating situation where I got locked in a gated facility at my storage property with the rental cargo van I rented from Home Depot. I was set to return the van on time and then couldn’t get the van out of the gated facility. I returned to Home Depot and they had a system wide crash so they couldn’t process any returns/orders/extensions. Throughout the entire process the tool rental support staff have been nothing but amazing. They supported me with efficiency and kindness and were very supportive during an already frustrating situation for me. Special shout out to Faelynn, Sandra, and Ian for their support!

The line at the rental desk is consistently very long and the desk is extremely slow. Helping each person takes an obscene amount of time. They call for backups to come to the desk and no one shows up for at least 30 minutes. If you like wasting all Saturday morning on bad customer service, this is the place to be.

CLEAR PREJUDICE AND PROFILING. I have been accused of theft twice by this location. I've had my cart with paid items ripped from my hands while trying to exit. Is it because I'm of latin ancestry? Is it because on my days off I do not wear suits or name brands? Clearly there must be something I must look like or doing that loss prevention keeps stopping me. Loss prevention also feels comfortable to take my items I've paid for and wants to put hands on me. Angel (Ibelive is his name) is dangerous and a liability.
