Car Rapide a month agoNice, I'm falling in love with the Home Depot. Easy to find things. Large clear large aisles easy to navigate. Lots of selection.
Vee “Vee” alcocer a month agoI had over experience coming to this Home Depot, and the only reason I came to this Home Depot was because I live all the way in Alhambra. They didn’t have the diamond rubber mats I was looking for we went to El Monte. They didn’t have them and El Monte let us know that they had quantity of five at this location. I went 10 minutes, trying to find an employee for help. I was able to locate one employee, an older gentleman with medium, long hair, silver wearing a black face mask I asked if he was able to assist me finding the black rubber mats that shows They had five in stock He rudely said go look towards the front desk someone over there can help you better. I’ve previously worked for Home Depot so I know their standards when a customer ask for help you’re supposed to go with a customer help them yourself and if you can’t help them, you wait there and call someone for help. I was in later able to find another gentleman with tattoos black hair. I asked him for help and he said he would try to find somebody to help me which was somewhat nicer than the previous one, but so no one came to help. I saw two gentlemen talking and walking away in the opposite direction so I follow them and I shouted if I could get some help the gentleman Justin was actually kind enough to walk to the rug aisle look at the queue and told me he would go to the front desk to see if he could be able to locate. He said that they have six in stock but he just can’t locate Them, which was a little bit more helpful, but still at the same time if you have them in stock, but you don’t know where they’re at. It’s very unorganized. I truly do expect management or someone to reach out and contact me due to this unhappy experience.
Michael Franco a month agoDanny in the plumbing department at Home Depot went absolutely above and beyond helping me find the exact part I needed for my job. Great attitude, great personality, and you can tell he really knows his trade and takes pride in helping customers. Employees like Danny are hard to find these days. Professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Home Depot needs more people like him
Ray G 2 months agoI stopped by this Home Depot today to pick up some materials and tools, as I often do. Since I work all over Los Angeles County, I’ve visited many Home Depots, but I must say this one has some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Not only was the customer service unknowledgeable of tools and equipment they carry, but the customer service at the pro desk was disappointing! The associate at the register “Liz,” not sure if it’s short for Elizabeth but that’s the name tag she had on her register, “Liz” had an attitude and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was standing by her register with the light on and had finished ringing up a customer as I walked up. After ringing up the customer before me, she proceeded to have a personal conversation and ignored the fact that there was a line of customers waiting to check out. I waited for about two minutes and finally asked her if she was open? As myself and other customers were waiting to be helped, she did not acknowledge anyone in line. But she did turn around and gave me attitude for asking her if she was open. As I stated when I walked up, she was finishing up a transaction and as I was buying a tool, the associate prior to her had to walk the tool up to the register. That’s how I knew that Liz’s register was open. But being ignored and then having attitude for asking if her register was open is not professional and shouldn’t be tolerated in a customer service position, especially if you are in a department that’s called Pro services. There was nothing professional about Liz. And in my opinion, she needs to be trained in her field or moved to a department that doesn’t require customer interaction. I shop at Home Depot quite often as my team does too. And I always have them go to the pro desk for phone sales. I happen to not have my card with me on this trip, so I figured why not go to the pro desk to make my purchases. But after the interaction with Liz, it left me contemplating if Home Depot realizes how important customer service is. Because this has been the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I hope Liz gets more training on how to interact with people, specifically since she works in customer service. I do not recommend shopping at this Home Depot.
Michael Katz 7 months agoOut of all the stores in the los angeles basin. This would be the worst! parking slim to none they put shopping carts in available parking spaces the carts have priority over customers i enter the store. The layout is completely backwards.Took me fifteen minutes to find hvac finally, I arrive and find a piece of paper in place of the item.I am looking for I walk over to customer service to find out they don't have this item with staff that friendly, you don't need enemies they redirect me to self checkout, where there's ninety people in line after waiting an additional fifteen minutes in line they end up handing me my item before I was even checked out if they were so worried about this.Item they should have maybe checked me out I could have possibly walked right out the door.
