I had a great experience working with the Maria V customer service representative at the Pro Desk at Home Depot. She is knowledgeable, patient, and clearly understood the needs of professional customers. I came in with a fairly specific request, and She took the time to walk me through my options, making sure I got exactly what I needed without overspending. What stood out most was her efficiency and attention to detail. Even though the store was busy, she handled multiple customers smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. She was also proactive in offering helpful suggestions that saved me time on my project. Overall, excellent service—friendly, professional, and reliable. I’ll definitely be returning to the Pro Desk for future projects.

You know when you deal with big box employees the outcome can be questionable or unreliable. However in this case I am happy to give praise to Dimani who was not only knowledgeable but also very receptive to assisting me. He really went the distance and researched parts without my even prompting him to do so. It is really nice to give a shout out to someone who really deserves it! Thank you!

Miguel O. helped me during a recent Home Depot visit, and I felt compelled to leave a review because he was truly exceptional. I’ve been a regular Home Depot customer since we bought our home about a year and a half ago, and while I’ve always found the staff helpful, Miguel stands out as the most helpful employee I’ve ever worked with. I’m currently in the middle of my largest DIY project to date: adding cabinet boxes and shelving to all of our existing kitchen cabinets. The project required purchasing several large sheets of plywood, understanding the differences between them, and figuring out the most efficient and accurate way to have everything cut. Miguel supported me through every step of the process. He helped me select the right materials, handled a significant amount of the board cutting, and when he needed to step away to assist other customers, he made sure I was seamlessly taken care of by Trevor (who was lovely too!) so I was never left unsure of what to do next. Beyond his technical knowledge, Miguel brought such a positive, optimistic attitude to the experience. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Employees like Miguel are the reason I keep coming back to this Home Depot. He absolutely deserves recognition and a raise.

I was recently pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were. Tarek helped us track down a respirator. It turns out they keep them in different store locations and after some diligent searching he found the one we were looking for. - And, Charlie's garden department is always amazing!

I’m giving 2 stars because I was greeted well when I entered the store, and the checkout staff was friendly. Overall, the team here is usually nice and helpful. However, I had a very disappointing experience at the saw station today. I needed one simple cut on a stud and asked the employee there if someone could assist me. Instead of acknowledging me, he walked away. When I tried to explain my measurement (which was in cm and I was struggling to convert accurately), he showed no willingness to help and spoke to me in a very dismissive, condescending tone. The employee at the saw station (older gentleman, slim build, working around 11 AM today) avoided eye contact and made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. After cutting the wood, he placed the pieces in my cart in a way that felt intentionally rude, as if he didn’t want to help from the beginning. Home Depot usually provides good service, but this interaction really stood out in a negative way. I hope management can address this so all customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.
