I came in for a certain size fence that the website and store inventory stated you had. After one person just standing there for a few moments, told the store was out. Even though everything else stated otherwise. I finally was able to decide on another size (about 700.00 worth). I asked for someone to be called to help us load it on the trailer. The same guy came out and sat on his forklift playing on his phone. When i tried to get his attention, he ignored me. After loading the material ourselves, now mind you i am 48 and my dad is 72, i march inside to speak with a supervisor. Some cashier came out and when i asked why i couldn't speak with a supervisor, she told me they were all too busy to come out and the guy on the forklift was on break. Yeah right. I will NEVER go back there is i can help it. Yeah, Lowes is a bit more in the money aspect, but i have never had this happen over there.

Walking around home depot on lane ave looking for a certain product. I'm on the phone with my family as this world is really strange. I tell them that I'm going to need to ask for help as three people passed me. Two of which were employees. One stopped and said if you need help say you need help. So I responded with I need help. He then proceeds to tell me that he wasn't going to help me while on the phone. I needed to get off the phone in order for him to help me. I'm thinking that's odd for someone to say in this messed up world, so I kept walking and sought help elsewhere. (People play dress up all the time). They tell me he is "The MAN" for plumbing. However they helped me to find the product I was in search of. Soooo I have to feel uncomfortable to receive help from the employee that is over a department? Be careful when out in this world and asking for help b/c you don't know who to trust. Even employees can give you the creeps.

This is one of the busiest locations and they can handle the rush and always are super helpful.

They handle things very poorly. I placed a delivery order, and somehow they allowed another person to take my order. Then they refused to provide an equivalent replacement for what I originally purchased. They never figured out who took my order, even up to the moment of writing this review. The managers are very concerning — they don’t look for solutions, they just make everything more complicated. They wasted my time, cost me money, and caused unnecessary expenses. On top of that, even getting my refund took way longer than it should have. Terrible experience. This is the worst Home Depot in all of Jacksonville. The name of the worst associate in the world attended me in that place his name is Rob Q

Good equipment but poor customer support for their tools. Bought a mower last year and now the batteries wont charge correctly and when going back to the store they said i have to contact the manufacturer for support on their equipment.
