I have been going to this Home Depot since I was a kid. I live in the Christmas light neighborhood nearby and I have had to utilize it a lot. I even submitted it to be a pokestop in Pokémon go. I have always had so many great experiences here. Today is Memorial Day so it was very busy. I wanted to get in and out of there, as I had a hurt hip and I wasn’t feeling good. I needed to get 25 bags of garden soil, as they were on sale. I figured I would have to get them by myself and as I was going to go ring a single bag up, an employee came up to me to ask if I needed help. This was wonderful, I was too afraid to ask since they were so busy. I wish I had gotten his name to give him credit but he was a young man in a grey shirt with dark hair. Even though it was about to rain, he still happily helped me. I wasn’t even in there for 3 minutes. He went and got his co worker and they loaded up my car so fast. I had just had a bad experience with customer service at the Lowe’s down the street too. Thank you so much Home Depot! Y’all are awesome!

Huge store with everything you could need to upgrade or repair your home. It was clean and relatively easy to find what you're looking for. The app has a store made and all items are identified with this location. Highly recommend using it when looking for something particular.

Sadira provided outstanding customer service! I had been looking for the Blink battery operated floodlight camera at 2 other Home Depots who "had it in stock" according to the app. The other 2 said "if it wasn't in the front cage, there aren't any anywhere". Sadira did not only get a small ladder to look at the front cage to see if they had them, but went and got the huge ladders to check on top of one of the isles where there may be some and found it. All without hesitation and even had a great attitude the whole time. I can finish the install to keep my family safe. Great customer service and people who want to work are hard to come by and service like this keeps me a loyal customer! Thank you Sadira!

As a small business owner, we rent a lot of equipment from various places, but Home Depot on Atlantic Boulevard near Girvin Road has always been a go-to for us due to its convenience. However, during our recent rental on October 22, 2024, we had an issue with a pressure washer that didn’t function correctly. Everything that could go wrong did, and trying to resolve the issue over the phone with representatives who didn’t listen or take action was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the machine wasn’t checked to understand why it didn’t work, and despite having it for less than 4 hours (with the job sites being 45 minutes away), we were still charged. Initially, I was prepared to write a negative review, but that changed thanks to Kevin Mincey, the Customer Experience Manager, and Lou. When I returned to the store to complain, Kevin handled the situation exceptionally well. He listened, understood the problem, and resolved the issue with professionalism and efficiency. While there may be occasional challenges with staff, this store remains an excellent place to rent equipment, especially for those who live nearby. I highly recommend it for its top-notch management and customer experience. Thanks

Our special thanks to Mr. Michael (Mike) from the delivery department at home depot on Atlantic blvd. On the December 31, we went back to the store to bring some Windows Shades that we bought on the 30th that needed to be cut. Mike was very profesional And helpful, plus provided great customer service even though wasnt his departament. He went the extra mile to get the exact measurement. Employees like this need to be recognize.
