I was at Home Depot to purchase a shelving unit for my garage and there was a pretty decent looking shelving unit to hold plastic totes which is all I need. I got it almost completely put together and got to the top shelf and there are not enough bars to hold the Shelf up. It's short one leg. I called the store. I spoke to Anna at the service desk and she pulled up my receipt and checked the stock which I knew there were plenty in stock. I told Anna that I did not want to take this down and bring it back could she possibly pull the part that I need out of another package and just let me come pick up that one part. She said absolutely no problem all I have to do is go up there tomorrow, I'm going to bring the part that I'm missing to show her what exactly it is and I can get another part. Now that's what I call good customer service

We just got a new Home Depot near me. I would like to review the store. The only thing wrong is their phone system. Because you can't talk to anyone. Other than that I think it is great! Every time I go there, I get Greeted, and people ask me if I need help. They look up on their computers where the items are located. So I never have to wander around the store. It is a huge store! They have everything that you need for your home. I have purchased a washing machine and an oven. And some small things.

Only giving 5 stars because of their amazing manager Nazrat!!! I would be leaving a 1 star review if he didn’t save the day! I’ve been a pro member with a business account for 6 years and was very close to closing my account and going elsewhere and I would have if it wasn’t for Nazrats customer service. I was painting the exterior of my home and I accidentally bought the wrong paint (untinted) I bought the base instead of the white paint- completely my mistake but a $600 mistake!! When I went back to return the paint and get the correct one, the paint manager wouldn’t take it back because the seal was broken. When I asked for solutions on what I could do he told me he couldn’t help me and to figure it out myself at home. He was not empathetic to my situation and made me feel dumb for not knowing I got the wrong paint. When I asked for his manager, I was told I would be waiting a long time to speak to someone because they didn’t know where the managers were. Nazrat ended up coming around the corner and I stopped him and asked if he was a manager and when he confirmed I explained my situation. He immediately called his assistant manager to try to come up with solutions to help me. He was able to give me a solution so my paint wouldn’t go to waste, give me a return on some of my money and even discounted the correct paint for me by a substantial amount. Nazrat was very helpful and you could tell he felt bad for my situation and was trying to help as much as he could, unlike the other managers. Home Depot needs more managers like Nazrat that make you feel heard! I’m very thankful!

I have been disappointed in Home Depot for about a year and started using Lowe’s but Lowe’s is about the same with service and low on staff. I went to Home Depot today and it was wonderful. Staff was all around being helpful, no waiting, well trained, very friendly and took me right to the product. Lisa at self check out was also so friendly. I actually really enjoyed and did bot dread this trip for once in a long time. Thank you Home Depot for hiring wonderful staff. Now yall are better than Lowe’s

Went to Home Depot early to beat the crowds, needed to pick up 9 bags of mulch and a few items. Checked out through the garden center, the cashier was nice however he was on the phone talking with someone the whole time. We needed help loading the mulch the person working in that area clearly did not want to be there, he was also on the phone. He was trying to give us bags that had holes in them we said don’t give us those bags he said they were all like that.. we saw that was not the case. We told him we just load the bags ourselves and he was more than happy to walk away. Smh super lazy
