Very impressed with customer service given by Mr. Tofa, Assistant Manager. Lowe’s had this roundup for BOGO so I had walked into HD to return the Roundup on the left then I had planned to go to Lowe’s to get the BOGO deal. I didn’t have to ask, Mr. Tofa mentioned he’d honor it, which I was very impressed he even offered. Thank you!

Bought Materials here yesterday 6/15/26 and checked out with Cessa who was in no mood and had no patience for anything other than the bare minimum. Our credit card showed declined on her end while we received a text notice simultaneously of the charge having gone through. Cessa could not be bothered to bear with us while we checked with our CC to make sure the charge didn’t duplicate as she demanded the credit card to be ran again. I hope your day got better Cessa. Next time consider having a little patience instead of cutting people off who are only trying to be your customers.

I went to Home Depot to But Grout. I didn't grab a buggy because I didn't realize the bags would be that heavy. Mr. Morgan saw me struggling to carry them to the checkout and he stopped and offered to carry them for me. I was sooooo appreciative. He and Ms. Athlete carried the bags to my car. That was Outstanding Customer Service to me. Thank you guys Again. 🥰🥰

I was at Home Depot over the weekend and I did my prior for my house and customer service were excellent and the people that work inside helped me out to pick the best. Best thing to do to hang up pictures with a stud founder. I went and hanging pictures all the house with stud finder. Thanks Home Depot. Excellent work and great service and prices are reasonable.

This Home Depot is very well stocked. The store has very helpful staff on the floor ready to assist with finding items or answering questions. Tool rentals are available in the store. Located just outside the entrance door, there is a food truck for a quick meal.
