Amazing and over the top incredible service by Lillian, Victoria, Dane, Dee and Elaine. Usually it might be one or two individuals at any store that offers great customer service but this location is blessed to have such awesome team players. I have always believed in this quote. “Put people before profits and the money chases you.” Some of these team players are management material. Home Depot don’t let these talented team players be scooped up by the competition. Congratulations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Tee was extremely helpful. She not only told me what aisle, but walked there with me and proceeded to get a flatbed and shopped with me. I bought medium size plants and 2 chairs and table, after ck out she loaded everything in my car. Great attitude and polite.😃

Brand new location. Very busy. The store looks great and the staff was abundant. There are a lot of sales for the grand opening . The parking is limited compared to other locations. There also seems to be a shortage of human checkout lanes. Mostly assisted self checkout. Not a big fan. Great to have this store on this side of town.

I visited Home Depot today in search of specific screws for a small project. After asking a few associates for assistance, I was directed to an aisle number, but no one offered to guide me there or help me locate the items I was looking for. Later, I approached the paint department, where a young employee named Angelos kindly asked if I needed assistance. Without hesitation, he personally walked me to the correct aisle, helped me identify the exact screws I needed, and even offered thoughtful recommendations on the best option for my project. Notably, this was outside of his department, yet he went above and beyond to assist me with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. Angelo’s exceptional customer service truly made my day, and I am very grateful for his kindness.

This home Depot on Southside boulevard is very well organized and has literally everything and anything you could imagine for home improvement projects! The store is very well organized and the signs are very easy to read. We had a few questions and we're very happy with staff members who were happy to give us directions or bring us to the items that we were looking for.
