You should probably uncage your products that have the pole with the locks… I asked the employee for the product and he would never open the cage. He just argued with me about why I should buy the bigger more expensive one because it had wheels and the other one didn’t. I explained multiple times that I didn’t want the one with wheels and a witty comment was always returned.. if you’re a woman don’t go to this Home Depot. I spent 15 minutes, trying to convince him to unlock the pole to allow me to have the product and he continued to argue back with me to buy the other one. And told me I needed to do more research. If I needed the bigger one, I would’ve went to my brother’s construction site and got one from him.. I ended up leaving your store with no product because obviously never even attempting to unlock it. He didn’t want me to buy it. I went to the Home Depot over in Orange Park where there’s more crime and it’s a worse area and they didn’t have the same product locked up. The guy on the aisle there agreed with me that for what I was doing it would be fine. Grabbed it and put it in the cart for me. I end up spending a lot of money at that Home Depot just because the service was way better and a way more friendly atmosphere for women. My father owns construction, and my mother comes from the Amish. I probably know more than the average man so therefore I shouldn’t have ever been questioned because I’m a woman.

Do not use Home Depot to finance your AC unit with Florida Home AC. They are not honest with their pricing and sell refurbished units with fake labels as new. When you try to resolve issues they give you the run around. We purchased what was supposed to be a brand new unit for our home, from this vendor that was inside the Home Depot, they sold us a unit and it was financed by the Home Depot. 3 years later the compressor went out. Florida Home Ac quoted over $4900 to replace and repair the compressor. We went with another company and that’s when we found out that our unit was not under warranty because the parts inside the unit didnt match the serial number on the outside of the unit. We were assigned to work with Kelly at the Home Depot and Chrytal Fields with Florida AC, who was very unprofessional and lied about leaving us messages and ultimately would not reimburse us any amount because as she claims we didn’t provide sufficient evidence that Florida Home Ac ripped us off and Home Depot took no responsibility to help us fight this claim. Please do not do business with Florida Home Ac or with any company inside the Home Depot.They allow their vendors to rip you off with their high prices and refurbished products that are being sold and installed as new!

My visit today started off with a very unpleasant experience, with a contractor who works at Home Depot in Oakleaf. He was very aggressive and confrontational starting yelling at me when I was asking for help. But another contractor (Karl) stepped in to calm him down and helped me find a store associate (Jeremy) who was great! Very helpful answered all my questions and helped me purchase the product I was in search of. I’m not sure who the contractor was shouting “he doesn’t work for Home Depot, do you work for Home Depot “ at me while he’s wearing a Home Depot apron with an attitude is, but he definitely needs a chill pill.

Bought new plants and potting soil witch was on sale. miracle grow a win win for Spring. Also purchased Pre treated 8×4's. I'm reframing the outside door in the patio. A sales person helped with my wood purchase so grateful. He not only showed me what I needed. He put it on the cart for me. Also spoke to the person who was redoing my door to make sure everything was proper. This is my favorite store and I have been going to it for about 6 years now. Staff is a fantastic, always have gotten help when I have asked.

Gotta give 5 stars just based on the Saturday kids program alone. Companies don't do that kind of stuff anymore, and I'm someone who spends thousands a year on home improvement items. So nice and love the energy of the people working there. Now I'm only going to this store
