What is the purpose of those employees at the self checkout area, if it’s my responsibility to go back and find the correct item because the barcode on the item I want to scan is missing? 5 people stand and watch you without any help. To wish me a nice day after I finished paying? I am sure that one employee, who is actually helping customers, will be more than enough.

Gardening department was well stocked and the customer service ladies who helped me were kind and very helpful. This store has helpful people throughout. We got a fridge here a few months ago. They were helpful in picking it out and they set up delivery. Gave us all the time we needed and made it a very pleasant experience. Thanks for that!

The entire team here is absolutely incredible!! Me & my boyfriend came to pick up a patio sliding door but it was on the top shelf (and if you know anything about doors they are HEAVYYY). We thought the team would tell us to come back tomorrow, but instead they did everything to make it right for us. Thomas was the one who handled the forklift and he was able to pull this pallet of doors down in the tightest isle ever and helped my bf load it onto the cart. Tom was like the project manager and was willing to do anything for the team (he also didnt want us to mention him at all and wanted no credit for helping which is a very selfless trait) Marcia and Robert were so sweet, and kept us company and chatted about the project, gave advice and tips, and even showed us some other things we would need for the job. Overall such an amazing experience with even better people. I will never go to any other Home Depot!!!!!

The organization and layout of this store is terrible. Starting with the parking. Lanes are narrow and parking spots are small considering the customer base. I was looking for sprinkler items, which were outside, while the plumbing fixtures used for attachment are on the opposite side of the store. The outside aisles were narrow between the plants, barely wide enough for a single chart to pass.

I hate to say it. I was so hoping that the new home Depot would be like the others I walked in. I've been there three times now. The last time I was there was the first time anybody in the store walked up and asked me if I needed help. I did not when I check out. There's nobody there except a person helping six or seven self-checkout registers. No checkout people I'm a little disappointed
