The store was very clean and stocked. There were plenty of employees available to assist as needed, too. Ann at checkout was especially helpful and friendly.

I went to Home Depot to find all the essentials for moving from one state to another. There, I saw a wide range of household items that were quite impressive. They had tools necessary for lifting heavy objects, and they even had a collection of eyeglass frames at reasonable prices. I was particularly impressed by their extensive collection of gardening equipment.

I was so impressed with Amour Graham as she welcomed each customer with a smile and as she helped me get exactly what I needed. Ian was a champ and helped be the muscle for me. I would highly recommend this location! The atmosphere was welcoming and helpful all around!

I had such a wonderful experience at Home Depot thanks to Cooper! I’m not sure if he is officially a cashier, but he was the one who helped me when I was checking out. He took such great care of me from start to finish. Cooper was incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions without making me feel rushed and made the whole checkout process smooth and pleasant. It’s not every day you come across someone who treats customers with that level of kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciate the way I was treated and wanted everyone to know what a great job he’s doing. Home Depot is lucky to have him! I also want to acknowledge another one of your employees I believe his name might be Clarence (or possibly Lawrence), and I truly apologize that I can’t remember exactly. I really hope this review helps identify him because he absolutely deserves recognition. He is a short, African American male about 5'5" and he has an adorable son. He went above and beyond by walking me all around the store to help me find everything I needed. He answered all of my questions with so much patience and kindness, and he treated me with genuine respect the entire time. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood everything before moving on. It’s rare to receive that level of customer service these days, and I’m so grateful for the help he gave me. I truly hope this message reaches him because he was outstanding, and Home Depot is very lucky to have too. I am so embarrassed that I forgot his name, but he too deserves recognition.

I came into Home Depot to rent a van. They go through some QR code background check to determine if I can rent. I rented a truck 11 months ago and did not not have not one issue. Now today they are telling me they cannot rent to me because I have a previous account there is no way to find the previous rental account. I tried the call the customer support number and because it’s Saturday I can’t get through. How convenient when I needed a truck. Horrible customer service considering they saved my life two years ago.
