Ruben and Scott helped make my shopping experience smooth and handled my questions with ease they’re very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. 10/10 would shop here again only if they’re working. I stopped by Home Depot today for some items that required some added help, a man was walking by on the isle I was looking and I asked where garden, items and hornet spray was, he was so kind and walked me to my items. Then gave me so much information about both products. Amazing man, I asked his name and it’s “Joe” the HR Joe, hiring manager, did not even work in that dept and was so nice to assist me with no hesitation. A hug Thanks to him and I hope he hires many Joe’s like himself!!!!

Tereza ,at the Raleigh store was very helpful . She was covering self check out but gave good directions so I could find what I needed. Tereza was patient when helping me get the Home Depot credit card and explained everything about the card.

I visited this store multiple times and always felt the staff and manager very helpful and cooperative. On one of the occasions, there was some issues with my order AMER and FELISE went one step ahead and helped me all the way in buying the product as well as the final step of checkout. Really appreciate their effort. Fully satisfied with them and recommend this store anytime for helping the customers. Keep up the good work!??

Yesterday, I went to Home Depot for the first time to search for new blinds for my kitchen. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the assistance provided. Upon my arrival, the two female employees at the self-checkout were more focused on their conversations than helping customers. Consequently, I had to personally approach them on every aisle, pleading for assistance. Eventually, I turned to two male employees who seemed engrossed in deep conversations, and asked them for help. One of them promptly radioed someone, assuring me that they would meet me on aisle 33 to provide the assistance I needed. After waiting for 10 minutes, the employee finally assisted me. However, despite measuring the blinds, the female employee provided me with the wrong size. This left me extremely disappointed when I reached home and discovered that the blinds were too short. Consequently, I have decided not to visit this particular Home Depot store again. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Fortunately, I returned the blinds at a different Home Depot location where I received exceptional service and achieved satisfactory results.
