I go to Home Depot all the time and typically you’ve been in one Home Depot you’ve been in them all. But my experience today was awesome. I am really bad at technology and while I fumbled around with my Apple wallet the cashier was very patient.. Home Depot just know if you had 10 cashiers like Joy you would never have customer complaints. I’ll tell you what.

I ordered Cambria countertops through Home Depot and was repeatedly assured about their guarantees and quality of service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. During installation, the crew left glue all over my floors, which took me weeks to fully remove. They also damaged the wall molding (see attached photo), and the area is now chipping again. Even more frustrating is the lack of follow-up. When I call, my calls often go unanswered or aren’t returned for weeks. When I do get a response, they seem more focused on avoiding responsibility than fixing the issues they caused. At this point, I’m exhausted from trying to get these problems resolved. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding their services.

I was not able to find my very specific size for a 2 inch back set on a deadbolt. Apparently it’s an impossible size to find and it’s not standard so it either has to be custom-made or I’m just buying a new door. Either way Cyrus and Kenya were a tremendous help in helping me decipher my issue. I still have to figure out what to do about my door, but at least I know that there is well informed and problem solvers at Home Depot To help me out when I have odd requests. I’ve been coming here for a while, and I will continue to keep coming back! :)

Bought some cabinets yesterday they did not fit the space brought them back to the Cooper St., Home Depot or someone told me I needed to unload them. Unloaded them onto a cart brought them back in the store. A separate employee made the transaction. I signed off to receive my refund. And she realized she didn’t have enough money in her tour, which I totally understand. She called someone named Rob. Who told her he would get the money to her. Waited 20 minutes… No money, I’m watching as 20 customers make returns. She’s called Rob several times at this point he said he was dealing with something else. Customer after customer returns their items and gets their refund. Rob comes up to the counter does some other transaction and disappears again. Five minutes short of an hour in and Rob finally shows back up after multiple phone calls. I’ve had a long day. My company spends hundreds of thousands of dollars here a year and I’m sitting here for a whole hour watching customers check out. I don’t know what capacity Rob works in. But that’s not even it customer service issue. It’s a human decency issue. I shouldn’t wait in a line for a Full hour when there’s not even a line. Maddening and utterly rude and disrespectful. I don’t know how these cashiers deal with that type of management.
