Tonja in the appliances department provided outstanding customer service and professionalism. She shared great ideas, had a wonderful personality, and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out. I can definitely see her succeeding in a management role in the future. She represents the true meaning of excellent customer service and goes above and beyond for customers.

I wanted to recognize Gerod in the Lumber/Hardware department for his excellent service on the evening of Feb 9th. He assisted my father and me in finding several items, including lumber and u-bolts. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. It's rare to get such personalized service in a big store, and he made our trip much easier. Please make sure his supervisor sees this!

I had made an online order like I’ve done several times before, but this one went straight to hell in a handbasket quickly I spent two days waiting for the order on the second day and this is after going back-and-forth with their customer service. I finally got to a manager on the second guy to see if my order was going to be delivered. The manager‘s name was Alec or Alex pardon me. I didn’t hear it well but he took the time to see what was messing up the order being delivered, and I had ordered some board so that made the delivery needing something bigger than a car, but the automation kept clicking car so Alex went out of his way and got a young man named Edwin and I didn’t get the name of Edwin‘s friend, but they ain’t got the little $19 truck if you all see out in the front and brought that order to my house I was so appreciative that instead of just telling me the standard your order will be delivered between 6 AM and 8 PM that this manager took the time to see what was happening with my order and found a solution. I know people usually always complain about stores and the employees fit as a person that was in retail management for over 40 years. I think it’s imperative us to call out the winners.

Eddie in plumbing was a sure help today! I had no idea what exactly I needed for an irrigation fix and he helped me tremendously! Very kind and knowledgeable! Als at check out Martha was amazing!!! Her speediness and attention to detail and checkout was super fast and helpful!

I would give this place five stars because I rent trucks from them all the time and really you know they got a truck and it’s clean and it works great five stars. They get -3 stars because they make it take so long. Figure out a way to do a fast pass that already has my information. I don’t know The worker could rent the truck and then go retrieve the truck and take pictures at the same time. Instead of going to retrieve the truck while I do the clear part which I’ve already done 1 million times and should already be cleared then come back and finish doing the truck with me to then say hold on. I gotta go get pictures and then give me the key. It’s too many back-and-forth. This could be better a lot smoother.
