Be careful with your payments. They double charge you and take advantage of your fear of trouble to make money! I rent a tool for $25 but was charged two $25 on my card. They said there was no way to solve this problem except to go to the store to receive a cash refund in person. Yes, with your own time and money to solve a problem they caused!

Absolutely terrible. A new employee accidentally overcharged me $190 for fuel. This was in October 2025. To THIS DAY, I still have not received a refund. I have spent my time going back to Home Depot, they have promised to send checks twice (they will only refund with a check, not back to the original form of payment), 3 months have passed and nothing. I now have no choice but to dispute with my credit card company. This is ridiculous.

Michael in tool rental is very helpful and made a rental for me happen that helped me get a job fixed. Great job.

Waited 45 minutes for a truck rental after calling ahead and making sure they had it. Only one employee working the rental desk would constantly disappear into the back for long periods of time while a line grew. Other employees would see the line of waiting customers and go about idling or helping others instead. The whole process shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes but overall I spent an hour and a half at the store.

We came here to return our Penske truck. The guy helping us was very enthusiastic and wanted to make sure everything went well on our rental. Over all it was one of the best experiences I have had at a Home Depot in a long time.
