Impressed with the outstanding service I received from Rosalie today while I was in the paint section. Associates like her are exactly what great customer service should look like. While I was trying to figure out the best option for buying a gallon of Kilz, she approached me and explained everything clearly in just a couple of minutes. Rosalie was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to recommend different products depending on the type of job, including indoor and outdoor painting. She also explained the quality and purpose of the products I was considering so I could make the best decision for my project. In addition, she helped me select the right caulking for my bathroom project and even offered additional recommendations in case I planned to paint the area afterward. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help really stood out. Associates like Rosalie make a big difference in the customer experience. It’s rare to find someone so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Thank you, Rosalie, for your excellent service—you truly represent what great customer service should be.

This Home Depot had great customer service. I took a visit into the hardware department and I was greeted by Oscar and he helped me really well. He had another associate even come through to help us out named Joseph. Thank you guys so much you are the best I don’t know why u get bad reviews!

This Home Depot is a icon of what a home store should be. From the moment Marley (My Dog) and I walked in we received a great smile and a welcome. Immediately was asked if they could help me. In my quest to the Isle I needed i was asked 2 more times if I could use help finding something. Everyone frienfly and willing to help. Management, you have a great team and good job. The store is well lit, organized and very clean. Ill stop there but it's 5.5 stars for Home Depot @ Tech Ridge Austin Texas. Thank you

Oscar is the nicest person at this location. So polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Wooo omg I love this location because of this associate. I’m coming all the time.
