The employees at the store are very helpful and courteous. I was having problems finding brad nails and Staples for my nail gun and, I am also buying a stump grinder from the equipment rental division of the store and the men at the rental division were very helpful and this is the third piece of equipment that I have bought from Home Depot. All of the rental equipment that I have bought at the store as always run well and done the job. I would recommend this story to anyone.

You guys should put a big pop-up saying you don't rent vehicles like a normal rental place, you guys don't even have insurance in your own vehicles and expect people to just randomly have one in their wallet? Do you have any options to help with that, no. The employee was really annoying

Dean in tool rental and Pedro in lumber were incredibly kind and helpful! They helped us get everything we needed to start our project right and avoid another trip home and back. Thank you!!

Nightmare customer service. I just spent 40 minutes being transferred over and over Ahuja in a hellacious loop by “customer service” to the tool rental department to help me me answer one some rental question. I asked to speak with the manager to help me. And, she transferred me to the same number which only rings and is never answered. Horrible service, clueless people. Avoid
