Good location REALLY close to St. EDWARD'S. It's easy to get into and out of off 35 & Woodward. As an electric scooter hobbyist I can Usually find what I need at rhis location, with the exception of very short metric machine screws in various styles heads and lengths. The storage and ID of such pats is difficult from my experience, having encountered misplaced items and LOTS of out of stock items, or just lots of random fasteners mixed up together. Meh. You got to hunt to find stuff with varying degrees of success. Otherwise it good when I need something and can't wait on shipping. Plus on occasion their prices are pretty competitive depending on the item.

The Home Depot never ceases to impress me with the sheer range of products and the overall quality of the shopping experience. Whether I am working on a small home repair or a bigger renovation project, I can always find exactly what I need under one roof without having to go anywhere else. The store is well organized and clearly labeled, which makes navigating the aisles quick and effortless even during busy hours. On several occasions the staff went out of their way to help me find the right materials and offered genuinely useful advice that saved me both time and money. It is the kind of store that makes tackling any home project feel completely manageable and even enjoyable.

Michael Shomaker was a very knowledgeable salesman. He showed me all options that were available for the measurements I had to work with. He was polite and friendly. We are so happy with our Whirlpool refrigerator!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at the Home Depot on I-35 South near Ben White in Austin, and it was because of an associate named Alberto. I went in to exchange a $900 generator that was still completely sealed in the original box with all plastic ties intact. Before I could even finish explaining the situation, Alberto immediately copped an attitude and told me it was “common knowledge” that generators only have a 7-day return policy. Common knowledge to who? Because it was NOT clearly displayed at the stocking location when I purchased it. When I calmly told him that the 7-day policy wasn’t posted where the product was stocked, he reached behind the computer, grabbed a paper that was completely hidden from customer view, and slammed it on the counter. If it’s “common knowledge,” why is the policy hidden behind a desk instead of clearly posted where customers can see it before spending $900? We are not people who buy items just to return them. This was a legitimate exchange attempt, and instead of being treated with respect, we were met with arrogance and hostility. Alberto’s unprofessional and aggressive attitude turned what should have been a simple transaction into an unnecessary confrontation. When customers are spending nearly a thousand dollars, they deserve clarity and basic respect — not attitude and theatrics. Completely unacceptable experience.

I had an amazing experience at Home Depot thanks to Dee and Pri. They both went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Dee was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and Pri was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything so much easier and provided excellent customer service. Home Depot is lucky to have employees like them. Thank you both for all your help! :)
