I am truly disappointed by the removal of the key cutting service. It was never a task assigned to a single individual; rather, the staff were versatile and trained to assist guests in various capacities. Now, it seems they are merely attempting to reduce costs at any expense, which unfortunately eliminates them as a dependable option for obtaining key copies. They have an inferior option that only offers a limited amount of keys that can actually make copies, and sometimes the machine is broken then you don’t have any option at all.

What a great experience! We showed up at the tail end of the store's operating hours and the home depot staff assisting us were patient and professional when we ordered paint. Special thanks to Maybe for providing quick and consummate customer service. Plus, she has fabulous nails. Moncherie!
