I’m a frequent customer of Home Depot and actually preferred it over any other home improvement store to choose from. But the interaction with the lady working in the garden center this morning will keep me from returning to this one for sure. I witnessed her being rude and making faces behind the customers back as they were attempting to check out and then when I went to go check out, I tried my best to avoid her, and I went to a self checkout, but when I went to scan my military discount, the register didn’t process it so it prompted her to come help in which she rudely slammed her food down that she was eating in the middle of her shift and reluctantly came in assisted me. I was polite and I even said thank you to which she ignored me and went back to continue eating her Chick-fil-A.

We had an excellent experience. It was an easy process - and a terrific value. I had called for several bids before going with Home Depot. Starting with our design consultant (sweet Ken Hurt in flooring at the Sunset Valley Home Depot) we saved money by picking up our tiles and supplies at the store when they were shipped. Gonzalez Tile And Stone did the installation - they arrived on time and they did excellent work and a great clean up. Home Depot only uses vetted trusted professional contractors - so customers get great work AND a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. The hubby and I are pleased with the value and quality. We look forward to having visitors in our fabulous guest room.

I have to tell a personal story, my wife and I had our 1 year old and our 3 year old and we had to hustle into this Home Depot to get out of the rain and do some shopping. Israel from the garden section saw our predicament and knew all the carts outside were wet and that was why we were both carrying our kids. He emptied out the dry shopping cart he was restocking with and offered it to us. What an amazing, thoughtful, and genuine gesture from this gentleman. Thank you to all the management of this store. This type of outstanding customer service is a direct reflection of your leadership.

I do most of my DIY shopping at Home Depot. It's a big box store, so you won't expect to find a lot of dedicated help along the aisles but they are available if needed. I often buy online and many times get free delivery. Since I know what I need, this is the best of both worlds for me.

My husband is working on an important project for work and desperately needed help finding the right tools and gadgets. We have went to a different home Depot location and even Lowe's looking for help we were very disappointed that nobody had any kind of knowledge or even interest in helping us However upon coming to this location in sunset valley my husband and I had a wonderful experience. The environment was very welcoming. I wanted to give a shout out to a specific employee that went above and beyond to help my husband with his project. His name is Greg he was very attentive, helpful a knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help my husband find exactly what he wanted and even helped him find things he needed. His positive attitude, friendly demeanor definitely makes us want to return to this location next time we need to work on another project.
