Ren Quintero 2 months agoJosh in the Lumber Department saved the day in my house! We didn't have the right equipment to cut them down at home and he helped with no complaints. Excellent communication & experience. Our project is gonna be smooth sailing from here. Thanks again Josh!
Steve Takata a year agoI love browsing in hardware stores and Lowe’s and Home Depot are great. I like the garden center at Home Depot because they have a lot of house plants which Lowe’s does not have so much of. Home Depot also carries a wide area of tools, including Milwaukee and DeWalt, which are both great. And I like that Home Depot and Lowe’s are both very dog friendly so you can bring your dog in and everybody is very attentive to them. One thing I don’t like about Home Depot is that the entrance and the exit are in two different places and they try to funnel you out a different place than you walked in on. You can usually still walk out but is not as convenient. Home Depot also has a good tool rental department and a good pro program.
Pam a month agoExcellent service at this Home Depot. On June 4 I went to pick up a part and there was a gentleman working in the pvc pipe aisle whom was so helpful in finding the part. I cant remember his name only that he is wise and kind. Also greeters by self checkout were so nice. Thank you!
Adi Levinson a month agoI have been shopping here for years and honestly never had an issue. Today though I heard two young employees talking about how they have had fiber glass cuts and scraps, and still had to work before removing it and getting in trouble for time theft because they were in the bathroom cleaning them selves off. That is completely unacceptable. I told the manager, and his reaction was not the best. He wanted to know who was starting the rumors, instead of making sure the employees were okay. I also thought it was strange he didn’t ask for my number, didn’t look sincere for the health and safety of his team, but more about “stopping the rumor”. Mind you, the employees were young kids, they weren’t going to stand up for them selves and some one had to. I have a feeling they will be in a lot of trouble about this and I hope I’m wrong. Home Depot, you can do better than this and seriously need to evaluate the environment you are creating for your employees at this location. It takes one of those kids getting sick, and it could be a lot worse. PEOPLE OVER PROFIT.
Janelle Gates 3 months agoWhat The Home Depot did with our window installation has permanently destroyed my trust in this brand and its leadership. I’m a lifelong Home Depot customer who grew up at the Saturday kids’ workshops, so when we needed a major window replacement, I chose them because I believed they stood for integrity, reliability, and loyalty to their customers. Instead, an improperly installed picture window and exterior damage led to verified mold growth in the room we were preparing as a nursery for our first child — just weeks before my due date. Once mold was confirmed by a state-licensed environmental firm, I expected a coordinated, urgent response focused on safety. What we actually got was a maze of internal hand-offs, parallel processes, and people more worried about procedure than a pregnant customer and an unborn baby. I had to push for every escalation, provide extensive documentation over and over again, and even reference state regulations on mold and remediation just to get basic health and safety taken seriously. At one point, we were told The Home Depot’s legal team would contact us with a resolution by a specific date. That date came and went with no follow-up at all. No urgency, no ownership, no concern that a high-risk pregnancy and a newborn were involved — just silence, while we were left to wonder whether our baby had been harmed by mold exposure caused by their botched installation. The worst part is not that something went wrong with the project. Mistakes happen. The unforgivable part is how Home Depot’s leadership chose to respond once the stakes were clear. Senior leaders were copied on detailed, well-documented emails outlining repeated workmanship failures, verified mold, and escalating health and safety concerns for a newborn. Even with that visibility, the “resolution” approach has been narrowly focused on minimizing payout and liability instead of fully fixing the damage, honoring commitments, and rebuilding trust. I once associated the orange apron with doing the right thing for families and communities. I believed its CEO, Ted Decker, and executive team would uphold a culture where protecting customers matters more than protecting a spreadsheet. Instead, my husband and I are entering parenthood under completely unnecessary financial and emotional strain, hoping the mold exposure didn’t harm our baby’s development and still waiting to see whether The Home Depot will actually make this right.
