Kathleen Wieber 4 months agoWent in January 2026 had 2 gentlemen help me find paint for dollhouse. I went back once to see if there were there again- but wanted to share the end result of the dollhouse. If the guys remember helping me! Thank you again!
Nik Hook 2 months agoAwful, dishonest, and cowardly management! I see a bandsaw I want locked in the cage with a price tag of 169 then a worker comes and unlocks and hands to me. I go to checkout it rings $219. I show the lady running self checkout where I got it from. She calls the manger Ryan on her phone and immediately says no to honoring the 169 price. I request to see him in person he comes I show him where I got it from and then he says "Sometimes items fall over into other spots" The compact bandsaw surely didn't fall into a cage that customers can't access it. I call him out on the fact an employee had to stock that bandsaw there and he continued to deny such action and kept refusing to admit any mistakes on their end and would only give $20 off instead of honoring the $169. Still refusing to admit any fault of their own I walk away then turn around shortly after see them unlock the cage and put the bandsaw on the bottom shelf instead of the top where it was originally at. How does a bandsaw "Fall" up to another shelf up above? I go back to take a picture of that with Ryan having walked away and the two employees saying nothing after the fact at all. No Accountability, no honesty, no nothing. I don't blame any of the regular employees they were great and did their job and I feel sorry for anyone working under a coward who makes stuff up instead of being a man and owning up to a mistake.
CeCe _CollectiveWaze a year agoTypically you wouldn't find me leaving a review for Home Depot being a woman and all. But I have to say my trip to get plants and mulch was a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful. I didn't have to lift a finger, they even packed it in my car. This location had amazing customer service in the garden department. I asked for a senior citizen discount. They gave me one 🤩 at 58 it's the first time I actually asked if it was available. And it was.
Lachelle Robinson 3 months agoDO NOT CONTRACT FOR QUARTZITE COUNTER INSTALL! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience with The Home Depot as the contractor for our countertop project. We invested a significant amount into Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, expecting quality workmanship and support throughout the process. Unfortunately, this has been anything but a smooth experience. There have been multiple installation issues, including improper placement where the countertop is not sitting flush on the cabinets, leaving visible gaps. In addition, the finish quality on our island is poor and inconsistent—far below what should be expected for this type of material. What has been most frustrating is the lack of support and communication. Despite raising these concerns, responses have been slow or nonexistent, and we’ve had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic acknowledgment of the problems. When you go through a large company like Home Depot, you expect a level of accountability and customer care. That simply hasn’t been our experience. Instead, we’ve been left dealing with ongoing issues and uncertainty around resolution. At this point, the process has been incredibly disappointing for something we paid so much for. I hope this feedback encourages better oversight of their contractors and improved customer support moving forward. We contracted on 30 December and I am still dealing with install issues. The company they contracted to has been subpar on all Levels.
Vince Stermer a month agoShout out to the Home Depot associates Al and Tony it was a very busy Friday today and they went the extra mile to get the storage totes I needed from the very top shelf. I would like to recognize their friendly assistance on a very stressful day and I wish you would recognize them if possible
