My team frequently uses this location for work, multiple online orders and store pickups almost every day. I would like to give a quick shout to Jeff and his team at the at the order pickup/customer service counter. They are hands down the best out of all the Home Depot locations, always helpful and always willing to listen and give insight on projects. Even the gentleman who retrieves the carts outside always has a smile on his face and a great attitude. It’s positive attitudes like this that keep me coming back. -Anthony & Ben

Carlos kindly helped me with my plant shopping on Monday (Memorial Day), and I had such a great experience! I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, but he went above and beyond to creatively help me find something even better. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to help made the whole experience enjoyable. Amazing customer service . Thank you, Carlos!

My end to end turf order experience missed every mark of expectations by Home Depot. The delivery out was botched by the vendor who had no equipment to lower the material from their truck. Then Home Depot could not locate them with the order. I then had to wait weeks. Then, I have it installed and the colors on my order do not match so I have visible lines from the street. Customer care has no urgency. The follow up from Home Depot has been me playing chase with zero ownership. Home Depot. as the seller of record, has done nothing but delay, stall, and communication is non-existent unless I push for it. I expect better. Noting: it’s yet to be fixed….

Visited the Home depot this morning and feel very meh about my experience. Well, the workers were all very nice. I felt like the order and structure of the aisles did not make much sense. I found myself going back-and-forth in the same aisles to try and find things that logically should be right next to each other.

This store in particular has a TERRIBLE curbside pick up process. The last 3 times I have waited over 15 minutes and only got my order after I called the customer service desk (yes, I had to call every time). They say it’s some issue with the system, though it’s obvious at this point this is probably just a lie. I’ve been to so many stores, Target, HEB, Walgreens, Best Buy, and even another Home Depot. They all have such a better pickup process. Do better Four Points Home Depot!
