First time in the area getting a job done and I was in need of some type of special equipment. Not my first time renting at home depot so that came out to my mind quickly. I called the store where was super easy when my call was directed to the rental department and the representative was very polite and helpful to my needs over the phone. I told the gentleman that I was going to stop by the store to pick up the equipment. When I got to the store I saw 3 associates and I told them that I had called early for the equipment and right away this gentleman came to me and he showed me one of the machines that he was trying to start but wasn’t able to get it running, another associate came to help him but nothing happened so there was a second unit that he offered to me right away saying that he don’t want me to have a hard time with the first one. The check out process was quick and he was honest with me about the rental risk and talking about buying protection for the equipment and returning the equipment back in good clean condition. The gentleman was so nice and helpful that he even came out with me to my truck to help me with the equipment knowing that he has some back problems because he mentioned something about it. I’m not sure if I remember correctly He’s name but I think he’s name Right but I think he’s name was Jason. What a great experience and associate for this HD Store. Please forgive my bad spelling.

Great store with a cheerful vibe! They have a wonderful selection of plants, and Melissa was very helpful and welcoming with a bright smile. I quickly found exactly what I needed, and she shared some great tips for winter plant protection. Her knowledge really stood out. Highly recommend this place! Store manager — if you’re reading this, please give a shout-out and a reward to Melissa! She truly deserves it.

I have not visited Home Depot recently due to multiple instances of unsatisfactory service. I typically shop at Lowe’s and have been satisfied with their offerings. However, today I returned to Home Depot in Bee Cave with a pair of washer and dryer. Barbara was exceptionally helpful in addressing my concerns. Her assistance has increased my confidence in shopping at Home Depot. Barbara is a valuable asset to the Home Depot in Bee Cave, and I was very pleased with her service. Thank you.

I arrived at Home Depot expecting to retrieve a 22’ Penske truck; however, when I arrived there was only a 16’ truck available. Although this was no fault of Home Depot, Jason, Jacob, and Eric from the rental area went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I appreciate their time and kindness, and for providing solutions for my situation.

The Home Depot rental counter at the Bee Cave location was an absolute bait-and-switch experience. The truck literally had “Rent Me for $29” plastered all over the side, but the moment we got to the counter and explained we needed it for just 2 hours and a 14-mile drive, somehow the total magically ballooned to nearly $150. Completely misleading advertising. To make matters worse, we even stopped and put $5 worth of gas back into the truck before returning it. The fuel gauge showed FULL, but because the needle apparently didn’t move enough for Bill at the rental counter, we were hit with another ridiculous $20 fuel charge anyway. Total scam behavior. And speaking of Bill, easily one of the worst employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience for asking basic questions about absurd charges. Instead of helping, he just doubled down on the attitude. Between the deceptive pricing, nickel-and-dime charges, and terrible customer service, I definitely won’t be back to this rental counter again.
