Pro Desk at The Home Depot

This Pro Desk needs a serious management upgrade. They have way more traffic than they can handle and cannot deal with the volume. Orders aren't pulled on time, which results in wasted time & money for the consumer. There are never enough pro checkers, they don't manage the fluctuation of checkers well enough for the ebb and flow of contractors. Almost every time I've been to this store I've waited in line to check out for at least 15-20min because there are only one or two checkers and 10 open computers. One time I called customer service while standing in a line of 8 contractors to ask for more checkers which is the pro desk managers job, and within 3min 3 more checkers appeared from the break room and things got moving the way they should. This picture is a perfect example of what I'm talking about as I stand here writing this review wasting my time and money waiting for an order that was supposed to be pulled a day ago. I am a loyal Home Depot customer that spent over a quarter of a million dollars last year but this store needs serious help if they want my continued business at this location. 🤙

If you’re a contractor avoid this one. They’re consistently out of stock. Service line is always a very long wait with associates shuffling around super slow. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and when I finally made it to checkout desk the guy was more interested in texting on his phone than helping me get out of there. This has happened multiple times for me.

As far as the store they have everything we need as far as employees they need to work more on being courteous when you walk down an aisle with 8 employees standing around and not 1 single 1 acknowleges you or asks if they can help that's pretty sad. I'm sure that as many customers as they get this review will mean nothing to them.

The worst customer service, surprise this place is still up and running. Lose the attitude or hire people that actually like their jobs

THE WEEKEST PRO DESK IN THE VALLEY!!. There can be four or five people there and they are never helping anyone!
