Sammy D a month agoPurchased a pergula kit to build and had an awesome experience with them! Jeremy was my main point of contact and was incredibly helpful and responsive. He spent a ton of time on the phone with me answering all my questions and made the whole process easy to understand. Made sure I had all the right measurements and chose the right product. I would recommend them to anyone just for the customer service alone, can't say enough nice things about that! (Terry was also very helpful in the few times he and I worked together!)
Chase Olson 3 months agoYou know you wouldn’t think buying 1100 dollars in paint would be so burdensome. Especially when I have to pick it up for them. I don’t know who’s managing or training the paint department people these days but there was only 2 working andI was unimpressed. I brought up 2,5 gallons buckets of killz tintable primer and 4, 5 gallon buckets of exterior dark base paint. The lady flat out refuses to do a custom tint on the primer, I reply. Yes you do I just had it done last week. Then she proceeded to grill me like I’m lying and tinting primer is impossible without a code in the system. All I needed was the primer to be tinted to anything but pure white. “No if I don’t have one in the system we can’t do it.” She said she would call a manager. 45 minutes go by and no one shows up. So I gathered a custom profile I quickly drew up from what was available on the internet. And she refuses to use it because “it’s not an official paint formula” while I’m trying to politely explain to her I need her to enter the shots manually which is super easy to do on those touch screen machines. She cuts me off to walk over to the paint shaker that’s been idle for 20 minutes and tells me she has other customers to work for, NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE, except for the old man she yelled at to not sit on a paint bucket. Paint lady on a friggin power trip. Then the other paint associate Zone shows up. Listens to me calls the manager who says over the phone. “We can try do it but we will only try once and won’t add anything extra to it if it’s not what you want. And I have to buy it however it comes out.” I said. That’s fine. They input the codes which took literally 1 minute. And in 5 minutes I had my 2 5 gallons of primer tinted exactly how I wanted them. So thank you to Zone. The other lady needs some customer service training or better yet an attitude adjustment. We miss Pete. He could have gotten the job done and wouldn’t take the crap his employees were giving.
N H a month agoRefund process and online pick up was easy. But the Garden Center did not have the plants in store that the website said they had that I wanted to buy, so that was disappointing. Not the store's fault, but I wish the website info was more accurate. Like when you ask for what is in store, you shouldn't get a bunch of out of stock items come up to have to sort through, it should only show items in stock at that store! Make shopping online easier, not more difficult and annoying!
Richard 2 months agoI was checking on a product that had limited availability limited stock it showed on the App. I called the store. I spoke with Genesis. She couldn't locate the product in store. But she found that I could order it online and have it delivered to my home or pick up at the store. She truly went above and beyond to help me purchase product that I wanted. The absolute best customer service that i've had in a very long time.
Evelyn Vaughn a month agoGood store for home improvement shopping. Found quality products at decent prices, and online order pickup was convenient. One item was out of stock, but staff offered alternatives quickly. Would shop here again.
