Had an amazing experience at Home Depot! Frank took great care of us—super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. We picked up a 9-foot Christmas tree and turned it into a moment full of laughs and memories. Great service, great vibes, and a good old time. Shoutout to Frank for making it special! 🎄✨

Amazing Staff and Customer Service! We spent hours hunting for a Fire Pit for New Years. At Lowe’s and multiple Home Depot’s just to find they were sold out. We luckily had time for one last store before closing time and we got to the Garden Center and they had just locked up. Thankfully we got the pleasure of meeting Mr. Frank. He took heart and he unlocked the door since we knew exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to walk us to the aisle just to find another helpful employee Marian. She let us know she just sold the last one. They both helped us to the register with a comparable fire pit and price matched the one we were searching for as a goodwill gesture for trying to purchase with them. We also got to meet the manager, Ashley on the way out and couldn’t thank them enough. You all went above and beyond and we appreciate you! May you all be blessed this coming year!

Ms Denise was of exceptional assistance to me she went above and beyond with her service I’m having some leg issues and this young lady no matter how many times I call on her for assistance. She always answers with a smile. She made my visit to Home Depot worthwhile resulting in my purchase of a Starlink satellite system I thank Miss Denise she’s exceptional and it’s people like these that goes above and beyond for the company that they work with should be recognized.

Went in the other day looking to order a window and spoke with Nick from Millworks. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I almost ordered a window that wouldn’t fit and I’d need to modify but instead Nick special ordered me a custom window the exact measurement I needed and I couldn’t be happier. I went in for one window but bought two because of his help.

I placed an order online for curbside pick up being that I am sick. I show up to the store and the option is not available on the app or on the web. I make my way inside the store and I tell the girl I’m here for a curbside pick up but the option is not available in the app. Mind you this is three hours before closing. She proceeds to tell me that maybe it’s because their curbside option is closed. There were five people standing around in the customer service desk not doing anything. When I say not doing anything, I literally mean not doing anything. There was a guy that was trying to sweet talk a girl, and the two other girls that were sitting around by the registers were just talking about their plans from last weekend. I don’t get it… What’s the point of having the option of curbside pick up if you’re gonna close it 3 hours before closing time?. This is not a bad neighborhood, and the fact that you had four people sitting around by the customer service desk at 7:30 PM means that you don’t have enough work for them to do at this time anyway.
