Went 2/20/2026 at approximately 1:50pm, looking for wooden crates to build a lemonade stand. Asked a group of employees that were in a huddle discussing out of work issues. Mercedes pointed where we could go and stated most of the things we were looking for was not in stock or limited. She could not have the decency to leave her conversation. We are not experts in construction so having help was imperative. Nadia, Joe and Bill were so polite and helpful. Nadia helped us with the crates and Joe walked us around to find the perfect wood we needed!

All Home Depot stores "pretend" to provide customer service. Not sure who will read this, certainly not top management as they are busy planning how to profit in every way possible, (nothing wrong with that) but - it must include providing customer service and this is where Home Depot continually and consistently fails. when product is placed where the customer can't reach and tries to find a store employee to help, all employees are too busy talking - with each other! We all operate in a very broken system and it is unfortunate that the dignity of work is lacking everywhere. My post will not change anything so why post - maybe, just maybe someone will touch someone to ask themselves: "am i helping or hurting"??

Could not find anyone to help in lumber. Waited 20mins after finally finding someone to help with cutting lumber. I do give them props they are fancy and play classical music in the parking lot... Don't know why they don't play that in the store to match the outside mood.

Update April 15, 2025⭐️ Until Home Deport stops supporting the trump regime I am boycotting them. Update: March 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2 times now I have need specific paint mixed from a swatch and Leilani (yes, that's her real name. It's not a stage name.) Has given me the best service they're nice great customer service. I would hire her in a heartbeat. She's wonderful. I come into this Home Depot now just because of her thank you Home Depot give her a raise. Thank you. Previous Review: Please⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been a huge proponent of IKEA pretty much my entire adult life (I am 56 y/o) Everything (I thought) IKEA stocked was cutting edge, new and modern- no other store could even compete. BOY, WAS I MISTAKEN. Recently, I was doing a total remodel of a 1000 sq ft condo in central Phoenix. without even shopping anywhere else I got everything from IKEA - lighting , shelving , plumbing fixtures etc...Trusting Everything I bought was the coolest the industry had to offer. After installing it all, I went into a Home Depot for some hardware and was absolutely blown away with the many many choices they had for all of the same things I bought at IKEA. Home Depot choices exceeded IKEA 's BY FAR. I regretted not checking other places before blindly trusting and purchasing everything from IKEA. In fact it upset me so much that I got an immediate migraine ,upset stomach and had an anxiety attack (while still in the Home Depot) I still can't believe how far IKEA has fallen compared to the Home Depot in what they stocked. I guess it's an end to an era, what happened? Have we pissed off the Swedes or something? because there is NO comparison. What a let down, I mean talk about disillusionment. But so nice to know i can just buzz over to Home Depot now instead of the road trip to IKEA😀 Advice to any other Lifelong IKEA customers-before buying ANYthing from IKEA, make sure you check your local Home Depot, because I found better choices in EVERY case, The Home Depot blew IKEA out of the water-HANDS DOWN! I received the best customer service in the paint dept today. Larry really went above and beyond. He was very professional & VERY nice. Also everything seemed well organized & the restrooms have been impressively remodeled and are nice & clean. NO HOT DOGS ANYMORE THO 😕 The best part was Larry, he was super nice! Thank You Larry!

Loved working with VINNY in Paint. He was the man. Super helpful. Worked through a mistake with me and made sure I felt satisfied. This is the kind of service that keeps me from losing faith in store service.
