I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this Home Depot location. Every time I visit, there’s always someone nearby ready to help, and not just help, but actually knowledgeable about the products and projects I’m working on. It makes all the difference when you’re trying to tackle home improvement as a non-expert! The store itself is well-organized, though it’s worth noting there’s no direct light in or out of this location, which can make it a little tricky to navigate at first. Parking is reasonable and has never been an issue for me. As a mom of two little girls, I really appreciate how safe and comfortable I feel shopping here, even when I’m without my husband. It’s a dependable, helpful, and friendly environment that keeps me coming back.

Today I had to buy some new appliances and I had the absolute best experience! The associate who helped me, Marcia was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain the different options, helped me find the best products for my needs, and even made sure I got the best deals! What really stood out was how personable and genuine she was—an absolute gem to chat with. It did not feel like a typical sales interaction at all. I left feeling confident in my purchases and really appreciated the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for appliances and helpful staff!

On Monday, February 16th,(Presidents Day Sale). I came into your store looking for a new washer and dryer. Cabell (the salesperson in the appliance department), was absolutely fantastic. The washer and dryer I wanted was not in stock. Cabell went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer. By the time I left the store I had the exact washer and dryer set I wanted. Cabell, was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Outstanding!!
