I had a great experience at Home Depot. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and assisted throughout my entire visit. The customer service truly stood out and made the shopping experience smooth and pleasant. A special thank you to Nate for consistently being helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer questions and make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across service that attentive from start to finish, and it definitely deserves recognition. Thank you again to Nate and the Home Depot team for the excellent service.

This Home Depot does not disappoint. I'm from out of town and even though the arrangement is different than what I'm used to, I found what I needed, with some guidance by the staff. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful... the way Home Depot used to be back in the day where I'm from (Pacific Northwest). If I could transport this location, I would. Oh, and they have a hot dog stand out front... Bonus!

We rented a truck from this Home Depot today. When we picked it up, we were told we would get a discount if we brought it back early. When we returned the truck two hours early, we were advised there was no discount for bringing it back early. We left property in the truck and didn't realize until we got home. I called to have someone get it out of the truck so we could pick it up later. When I called, the woman I spoke to thought the call was ended and was mocking me in the background. I stayed on the line to understand what would happen with my property and advise her of the experience she provided me that was rude. When she came back, I could hear her and said "hello" multiple times. She didn't respond. I then started to repeat what she said on the recorded line to ensure it could be reviewed as it was rude and unprofessional. Magically, the call disconnected. I called back to get guidance on how to get my property and ensure it was safe. The next woman I spoke to gathered my information to call me back as she had to help the current customer she was with. I was told she would call me back in minutes and it's been hours. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store. I really hope that call is reviewed and they are coached.

I just had to give a review on this particular Home Depot located at 650 N 54th St Chandler, AZ. As I was checking out at the self checkout, I was approached professionally and with high energy sincerity by an associate or manager by the name of "DEAN". "DEAN" engaged me asking me if I found everything that I needed and if everything was ok(and he meant it)! I am a technician 23+ years in the commercial hvac and food equipment repair trade and so I know the affect of great customer service. Earlier today I experienced a very extremely rude associate while making a business transaction(NOT Home Depot). Lately, I've been feeling that true customer service is sadly becoming a thing of the past.... but its people like "DEAN" who you rarely find who is actually "keeping the hope alive"(customer service). Thank you "DEAN" for your outstanding services and for all you do and how you do it, you're a great example to us all!

Lee and Caylee were so great! My first job was at THD and I know excellent customer service when I see it. They approached me without me having to find them, and offered to cut quite a bit of insulation for me. All with a smile and a great attitude. Truly made my day. Wish I could do more than this review!
