I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Home Depot location! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed for my weekend DIY project. The store was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with high-quality materials. An associate named Mark in the plumbing aisle noticed me looking a bit lost and stepped in to guide me directly to the correct fittings, saving me a ton of time and frustration. Checking out was also an absolute breeze with zero wait time. This level of customer service is rare these days, and I will definitely be returning here for all of my future home improvement needs. Highly recommended!

I want to praise Sam in lumber and Lee -two wonderful people that helped me build a new ramp to my Tuff Shed- Sam made sure on the strong thickness, cut to size, Lee made sure I had the correct length of the flat head Phillips- and drilled and attached to the 2x4. They worked together and definitely went above and beyond to help me replace my 15 year old ramp- their help is so appreciated- I will be sealing it and taking a picture to show them on my return trips❣️Then Sam helped me load it in my vehicle- I shook his and and a hug! Above and beyond service with two awesome people ❣️Thank you so very much- I appreciate everything you’ve done, with all my heart!

Great experience! My husband and I love this place for our own reasons (my gardening and my husband handyman/welder) Today we came in for gardening. We've had this cactus for almost 4 years since we moved into to our first apartment together. It was time to repot. We looked for potting soil and couldn't find nor really new which one we needed. Sam was right there and super helpful and extremely informative. He was friendly patient and had really good information to be sure our cactus lives long and healthy. Thank you Sam and thank you Home depot!!

I recently needed some locks rekeyed and the employee John E. helped us. Thank you for taking the time to help us, even though one of the locks was not one you typically do. We also really liked that you took the opportunity to teach other employees how to rekey locks. 5 Stars John, we appreciate you! You truly know what customer service is!

We ordered carpet for our master bedroom and were scheduled for installation yesterday. The installer arrived, installed the padding, and then discovered there was not enough carpet to complete the job. Because the padding was installed without the carpet, the installer instructed us not to move our furniture back into the bedroom. As a result, our bedroom is currently unusable. The response from Home Depot regarding this situation has been extremely disappointing. I had to track down a Home Depot representative to understand what was happening. I was told to work exclusively with one individual whose working hours are not reasonable for customers who have full-time jobs. Additionally, she should have contacted me immediately after being notified by the installer. Hours after my initial call to home depot, she returned my call while I was unable to answer due to work obligations. In that message, she casually stated that replacement carpet would take four days to ship. Given the circumstances, this should have been expedited with overnight shipping and an installer scheduled immediately. There is no acceptable excuse for this delay—Home Depot has the resources and influence to resolve this properly. This morning, my wife spoke with the representative and was refused to discuss a partial refund until the installation is complete and out hands are completely tied. We are being forced to live with our home in disarray due to an error caused by your contracted manufacturer, yet we are bearing the inconvenience and cost. At a minimum, a partial refund would demonstrate accountability and basic customer care. We have been loyal customers of this Home Depot location for years and have spent thousands of dollars here. Based on this experience, we are now reconsidering returning for our upcoming kitchen remodel.
