Great Customer Service! Nice, friendly, and helpful employees! There is a line outside of this Home Depot. Because they will only allow a certain amount of people in the store, because of the CornaVirus. So, be prepared to wait in line. If you ask for water they will give you bottled water. Nice Store!

I want to take a moment to recognize an employee at Home Depot named Eduardo who truly went above and beyond. On April 2, 2026, I was involved in a car accident on the Home Depot property. It was a scary and stressful moment for me, and honestly I was a little shaken up. Eduardo was the first person I saw after getting out of my car, and he immediately stepped in to help. He was incredibly calm, kind, and reassuring. He helped remind me of the important things I needed to do in that moment like gathering insurance information, taking photos, and collecting the necessary details from the situation. When you're shaken up after an accident, it's easy to forget those things, and his guidance really helped. What meant the most was how compassionate he was. He checked on both me and the other driver several times to make sure we were okay throughout the 3 hour wait, while still managing his job responsibilities. He took the time to talk with me and help keep me calm during a very stressful situation. Eduardo showed genuine care, patience, and professionalism. People like him make a real difference, and I truly hope he gets recognized for how outstanding he is. Thank you again, Eduardo. Your kindness meant more than you probably realize.

Just bought a home in W Phoenix and moved here from NY. Had a terrible experience. AZ's Home Depot actually found a way to be worse than NY's. And it's entirely poor hiring/a lack of service. I used the restroom and my cart was taken and items put away, causing me to waste 30 mins tracking everything down again. Then I go to self checkout, because the real checkouts were closed or closing, and self-scanned 14 boards, a few bags of cement, a bunch of screws and brackets, etc... $125 worth of small items. I forgot to scan a $9 set of ratchet straps. As Im ringing out, and in thebprocess of paying, an associate tells me I didnt scan the strap set/she was watching me. After, I rang that item up separately. The whole time she was joking and commenting to a coworker about thieves and how I tried to get one over on her. And bemoaning local crime. Like really? I drove 2500 miles, bought a house worth nearly 400k, came here for a tech in Chandler, spent 100+ dollars in your store.... but Im trying to scam you for the NINE DOLLAR set of Husky ratchet straps?!? (If I were going to steal, wouldnt I get something better than the HUSKY set?)....All incredibly rude. The Phoenix Metro has a lot of Home Depots, the self-service cashier who worked at 9m on 5/29 showed me that ANY of the other stores is preferable to this one.

I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at Home Depot. I rented a van and returned it the same day to the customer service desk—no issues at the time. Then FOUR DAYS later, I get a call from corporate saying the van was never returned. That’s when this turned into a complete nightmare. Since then: I’ve called 5–6 times Been left on hold endlessly Been hung up on Left multiple messages for managers with ZERO call-backs I even sent photo proof of my receipt with a timestamp and location showing I returned the van, and shared it directly with their tool rental staff. They have the van, they have the keys, and yet somehow I’m the one dealing with this mess. Now I’m sitting here with a $700+ charge on my account because of THEIR mistake, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or even return a call. I was told they’d “check the cameras”—and still nothing. No follow-up, no accountability, no urgency. This is beyond frustrating—it’s unacceptable. If you’re renting equipment from this location, be very careful and document EVERYTHING, because if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
