⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ "This is what REAL customer service looks like." Willie in Hardware at the Home Depot on 51st Ave & Baseline gave me the best customer service I've ever had, no exaggeration. He didn't just help, he actually cared. Took his time, explained everything, and made sure I wasn't wasting money. He made sure I understood warranties on expensive tools that I have purchased and also want to purchase. He really gave me knowledge even about things that I didn't know I needed to know. I was blown away! And enjoyed every minute of our conversation. I come here a few times a week and work for a plumbing company speaking with contractors all day, and I will absolutely be recommending Willie and this store to everyone I know. Home Depot, don't overlook people like Willie. He is leadership material, period. Promote him, pay him, do whatever you need to do, but don't lose him. Hands down the best service I've ever received. Alisha was a fantastic help! She was kind, cordial and quick to assist me with questions regarding my over-the-range microwave purchase.
