I come here often as this location is nearest to my house and I do spend quite a bit of money here as well as I am a Garage Contractor. T Caught me looking at garage openers today and immediately went to help me and asked if I needed anything. She was super polite and super amazing and had one of the best attitudes I’ve seen in a while even though I had cash she still took me up front and made sure I was able to pay and even exit near my vehicle. T Is absolutely amazing and super positive.

Over the last couple of months, my experience at Home Depot has been very inconsistent. There are a handful of employees in customer service and throughout the aisles who are genuinely helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with, and I want to make it clear this review is not directed at them. The biggest issue has consistently been the checkout and Pro areas. One checkout employee in particular has repeatedly been extremely off-putting during interactions — eye rolling, lip smacking, dismissive responses to questions, and acting as though helping customers is an inconvenience. After multiple interactions, the behavior feels targeted and uncomfortable. Whether intentional or not, it creates a very poor customer experience. On top of that, lumber carts are constantly unavailable, which becomes frustrating when purchasing large material orders. For a store that caters heavily to contractors and builders, basic things like cart availability and efficient checkout should not be ongoing problems. The Pro area also seems poorly staffed at times. Some employees appear disengaged or uninterested in helping customers who are spending significant amounts of money in the store. I spend a lot at Home Depot and want the location to succeed, but customer service and store operations in these areas need serious improvement.

I had to take some time to throw a shout out to T. Wynn! Its hard to find helpful people these day, and Ms. T. Wynn was absolutely amazing and helpful and genuinely was happy to help me! Very friendly personality with the desire to provide the solution and product we needed. Hopefully, Home Depot recognizes her great work ethic and they should be proud of how she represents their store. Also, maybe even give this woman a raise for going above and beyond so she continues to do so!!

Home Depot is my favorite place for all things home improvement! They have a huge selection of tools, building materials, and décor, and their prices are competitive. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a breeze!

I usually come in the evenings and even though I search for an associate to call for help for certain items, locked tools or keys, Tianni is quick to arrive and assist. She is extremely knowledgeable with hardware and always friendly. For a female to know her tools, and the store so well I am very impressed. I see her walking my way and it's comforting. She is a valuable asset to the company.
