OTR: Follow Truck Route. The main road leading to facility has an active train crossing that does NOT have signals or barrier arms. NO Overnight parking onsite.  Truck Stop parking nearby. Parking is limited on the side street. Gated facility.  Open:  24/7.  There are plenty of signs to direct route.  First Come, first serve (FCFS). FOLLOW scheduled appointment time.  Busy location. Limited space, but manageable to maneuver.  Good lighting at this location.  Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). No bathrooms available.  Tandems to the rear.  Must have Hi-Visibilty vest.   Must have straps to secure load.  Load might be Heavy.   No Scale onsite. Pets allowed, but they must remain in the truck.

Easy and very friendly staff at the guard shack. I did a drop and hook, all they ask is that you shut your truck off, provide your drivers license if it's your first time, slide your tandems (do this before getting to the check-in gate) like most places they will not let you enter until tandems are to the rear. They will check your trailer for damage as well as a good seal then they give you the paper to write the spot you dropped at and the check digits which are the letters that correspond to the spot number. To check out if you get an empty leave at least one door open and then sign when they ask and you are on your way.
