Usually I love homedept. But I just got back from mine and the self checkout line was only open 3 out of 15 lanes, and the lady is hovering over my back. When I'm waiting fir the receipt the lady was trying to user me off the checkout. I don't go to homedept to be rushed. I spent 2 hours browsing the isles.

I will never forget the home Depot employee On the floor I asked him for help He said he couldn't help me, And proceeded to give me the reason why WHICH WAS He only had 2 minutes left till his break!!! I told him I don't need to know the reason I really don't. There's no reason for you to tell me the reason why you won't help me. I can just walk away UNBELIEVABLE SO YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB FOR 2 MINUTES?? TILL YOUR BREAK??? PROBABLY COULD HAVE LOOKED IT UP OR GOTTEN CLOSE IN 2 MINUTES So it's okay to just not do anything for 2 minutes, because you're that close to your break??? I had Wandering around looking for the item.I was looking for 20 minutes WHAT'S 2 MINUTES??? TURNS OUT THEY DON'T EVEN STOCK, SMART TRIM ANYMORE. AND THE WHOLE TRIP WAS A WASTE OF TIME, 30 MINUTES OF MY LIFE. I'LL NEVER GET BACK I LITERALLY REMEMBER THE EXACT SPOT WHERE IT WAS. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY TOOK IT FROM THERE LOWE'S HAD IT After a super bad experience, getting strip searched by a security guard here on christmas eve or before christmas I spent about five hundred dollars at lowe's, but I decided I need to come back to home depot, because I need to return some of these things that I might not need. And this happens after spending five hundred dollars or whatever at lowe's to avoid confrontation at home depot.And then this happens Is self checkout at home depot supposed to be self checkout? Or are they supposed to come up and tell you, you stole something and accuse You of being a thief?? The lady hispanic lady at the home depot told me sorry, seven different times in a row when I told her. Are you accusing me of being aThief??? twice So I guess they have a little phone.And they watch you as you're ringing up .So she doesn't understand the parts i'm ringing up because she's some elderly. Hispanic lady and its plumbing parts So I have three parts that kind of look. The same, but one of them is 12 bucks And the other 2 are 22 So she's accuses me of not ringing one of them up She comes up and tells me I didn't ring it up and I tell her no I rang it up She shows me on her phone that it's not there. Butit is on her phone. She does doesn't know what it looks like. It looks different than the other ones, and it doesn't have a picture So all she sees is a no picture picture. Because that's literally what it shows is no picture and a different price. When she thought they were the same ones So she's under the impression I tried to ring up two and take three The one is a press and release type instead of threads.The one with threads is cheap And I back it up on the computer cuz i'm about to pay for it already, and the paying screen, and I back it up and I show her, and I point at it, and that's where the conversation should have ended, but she wants to ask me again because she doesn't understand How can you accuse me of not paying for something?? when you don't understand a thing about the parts being different If you're unfamiliar with the merchandise, quit telling me I didn't ring something up If it's self checkout, let me self checkout

Rental Department Associate - Nick was so helpful to me in renting equipment. I needed to get a hugh project off my list before the hot season was upon us. Nick, made sure I had all needed. Nick is very professional, quick, knowledgeable and friendly, even at 5am in the morning! A Big Thank-you!

The delivery people on applicances would not even work with me when I missed my appointment. I did not get the call and called 4 people to no avail. No washer for me today!! Crappy customer service. You would think they would try and get it too me as I explained my situation and how I have 6 people who need to do laundry! I even left a note for them to come later in the window from 10-2 pm at 11:30 or 12:00 and they came at 10:25!!! Can you tell I don't like their delivery team? You would think they would want to work with customers to get them what they already paid for if they wanted more business!

I’m not sure who you guys have working delivery but you need to get better people after explaining the address and texting to please give me a call upon arrival the driver called me for 3 seconds before I could even answer and as soon as I called back there was no response. Then I get a call back from an associate handling the “deliveries” saying that I never answered the driver so I would have to reschedule she didn’t give me any alternatives nor was she helpful at all it’s very disappointing having to deal with this very unprofessional on your delivery team and customer service hire better people.
