I’ve had mixed experiences at the Home Depot closest to me (South Tucson/Irvington). I came into this Home Depot and cannot believe how helpful everybody was. I needed some custom cut window blinds and “April” was so great! She was helpful, cheerful and most importantly skilled at cutting blinds. I did not feel like an inconvenience taking up her time. While it is out of my way, I will definitely be returning to this location for my home improvement needs.

Update: April in the cabinet department is, as my friend Mary says, "phenomenal!" She has helped so much with the remodel of a house after the previous tenant moved. Absolutely a fantastic employee Home Depot!!!! Update from 10-21-2023 If I could add a star for this Home Depot, I would! Kristian was a big help in getting us what we needed, all the while, being genuinely friendly! Trinity helped us in the self check lanes, actually not only helped, but rang up our items with a smile on her face. Thank you both for a nice shipping experience! Way to go Home Depot at El Con! Start a new project...be inspired! I easily got paint samples mixed by the paint department. A new employee, Shay, was in training at the self check outs but seemed to already know her way around. She gave excellent customer service and a smile to go with it! She was very helpful and on top of her game! Way to go, Home Depot! Update 12-12-22 Easy to return or exchange with a card purchase or proaccount! Thanks for the exceptional service in customer service and the other areas in the store that I needed supplies. Good Christmas selection as well.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Rob in Customer Pickups for his outstanding customer service. I had just returned from my wedding in Mexico and was catching up on six days’ worth of emails and work. In the chaos, I accidentally placed an online order at the wrong Home Depot location. When I arrived, Rob informed me that my order was actually at another store across town. Instead of sending me on a long drive, he took the initiative to transfer the order directly to his store at El Con. This simple act saved me valuable time and made a stressful day so much easier. Rob went above and beyond without hesitation, and I truly appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and commitment to helping customers. He embodies excellent customer service, and Home Depot is lucky to have him.

It's your regular Home Depot, with an average selection of products -- I found the most of what I was looking for, but had to give a miss to some that were not on stock. The staff is pretty average, too. Not overly nice or helpful, but not horrible either. I do have to say, though, that there is a lot of car traffic Infront of this Home Depot and drivers are certainly not looking to stop for others, so just be careful out there. Same goes for pedestrians and some crazy speed cyclists. 🤷‍♂️

Every time I go to HomeDepo I always see Ariel working hard ...Not scare to do heavy lifting . I see her always greeting everyone ,smiling great attitude. I come back because of her great customer service.
